I went over to the FISH Compound the other day and found a trailer with several huge dumb bells in it ranging from 125-150 pounds each.
At the door I was greeted by a not so happy Susan.
I asked Russ what he was going to do with them. He said he was going to work out with them.
Susan and I both laughed and thought................. "right"!
Russ proceeded to demonstrate one arm rows with 150 pounds! For real!

The bare feet are hard core. Reminds me of the glass blower we watched in Laguna last month, working with hot glass from a 2000 plus degree oven in flip flops. Gotta be confident there, son.
