Has there ever been a longer living troll?

Juan, Anybody?

How long have you been posting/trolling? What drives you to this "seemingly insatiable" appetite for false banter?

I've been lurking on the 'net for 12+ years and I've almost never witnessed a "sincere post" by you. Amazing/bewildering drive.

When Juan asks about the best way to rope solo a 5.4 slab...he's serious.

Sincerity (such as it is) is the biggest troll of all.

A great many are sincere. You must have seen them, without hearing.

Perhaps but in the clatter of a long history of trolls they're hard to take a face value.

You want to slap some type of label on me?

You want to understand me. Good Luck.

I off to do some night mountain biking behind JPL.

Heraclitus said that change is the basis of reality. Nothing does not change.

Indeed, Buddha teaches that Nothing is sacred.

pc, I would invite you to Google "Internet Troll" and see if there is an answer out there for you. I think you'd be surprised at what is available.

Lois,
Desire is the cause of all suffering. An attachment implies desire.

Even the desire to be free of desire is bad.

At this point, especially, I'm glad that I don't expect any of this to make sense.

If your desire is aimed at the correct goal then it is good. The wrong goal then illusion.

Impossible to eliminate desire, it's the inherent qualification of the soul. They are inseparable.

What if you have no desire to be free from desire?

The amplification of the eternal present is the technology of desire.
