(CBS/AP) Charlie Sheen spent part of his Christmas in jail after being arrested at a home in Aspen.

Photo: Charlie Sheen is seen in a mugshot made available by the Aspen, Colo. Police Department, Dec. 25, 2009.

Police say the "Two and A-Half Men" actor is accused of using a weapon in an alleged case of domestic violence in the Colorado ski resort town.

Police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro did not provide details on what kind of weapon Sheen is accused of using.

Sheen also was arrested on investigation of second-degree assault, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Criminal Mischief? I have experience with that. Someone came down my chimney on xmas eve and left things I did not buy under my tree. AND they ate my cookies and drank my milk.

Sounds more like breaking and entering along with illegal dumping.

Anyway, I gotta wonder about what kind of weapon would've been required to subdue a little slip of a thing like her.

2 & 1/2 Men?

Even half-a-man wouldn't need a weapon to work over a girl.

Isn't Sheen big in the "9/11 Truth" movement?

I'm not holding out hope for any successful rehabilitation. Some guys can't learn.

It was all a setup to discredit his 9/11 truth demands. Dark secrets are at work here.

Damn him! I just finished watching 2 1/2 men - one of my favorite shows. This better not keep him from making any new episodes...

There are automatic revolvers. The newspaper says so.

BUMPITY BUMP BUMP...

CHARLIE SHEEN IS A "CRACKHEAD"!

You notice how the media claims he does "cocaine" and that he had a "valise" of cocaine delivered to his home on his last bender, etc.

If you smoke cocaine in a pipe...isn't that "crack"? and therefore makes him a "crackhead"?

Just thought it is interesting the language the media uses regarding his drug problem..if here a black man, he'd been labeled a "crackhead" for the get go...

How many times have
You heard someone say
If I had his money
I could do things my way

But little they know
That it's so hard to find
One rich man in ten
With a satisfied mind

Once I was waitin'
In fortune and fame
Everything that I dreamed for
To get a start in life's game

Then suddenly it happened
I lost every dime
But I'm richer by far
With a satisfied mind

Money can't buy back
Your youth when you're old
Or a friend when you're lonely
Or a love that's grown cold

The wealthiest person
Is a pauper at times
Compared to the man
With a satisfied mind

When my life has ended
And my time has run out
My friends and my loved ones
I'll leave there's no doubt

But one thing's for certain
When it comes my time
I'll leave this old world
With a satisfied mind

How many times have
You heard someone say
If I had his money
I could do things my way

But little they know
That it's so hard to find
One rich man in ten
With a satisfied mind

I don't think the bayonet is fake.
And you know what some people do with gerbils,..

As for "crack", base-head is likely more accurate, but it ain't much difference.
