RIP, Lux.
I'm a little devoid of some music in my collection. Time for a little shopping...
thanks for the post.

Another true creative musical loss. The Cramps were one of the most unique musical visions ever- kinda like a psychobilly-John Waters-Iggy Pop-David Lynch hybrid.
For a taste of the Cramps:

Another sad day for Rock and Roll. He and his wife met at Sac. State in Sacramento as students. One hell of a team.
"I'm a Human Fly" a classic

blue dog rising up and puking.... isn't that what we want? Would anyone notice considering that's what everyone else is doing.
We'll add it to the set list.

This is strange... I was gonna download/buy "What's inside a girl" off of iTunes but they don't seem to have it. It doesn't go by another song title does it?

Itunes doesn't have a lot of music that I am interested in- I think it has something to do with the fact that they haven't been able to negotiate digital rights with all labels. I'm not super savvy on music downloading sources, but I am sure there are many other options out there...anybody got any suggestions?

I like www.emusic.com. I pay around $25 a month for 100 downloads. No DRM, which is nice. They don't have the biggest selection of mainstream stuff but there's a lot of good music there. And I just checked and they have a BUNCH of Cramps albums.

I am sure you can buy or down load free "What's inside a girl" from a couple other places. No links firewall at work.

Nita, I wanted to call Mike Seater the minute I saw this. I know he's a big fan, he'll be bummed out.

Sad news about Lux. I've seen The Cramps many times and Lux put on a great show. I remember Lux consuming a large amount of wine on stage and climbing on top of the amp and fell of, he layed on the floor for the longest time and the band kept on playing, then the roadies came out and dragged him off the stage by his arms. my favorite Cramps album is Bad music for Bad People. RIP LUX
