I have to say, the turnout is incredible! The SCC will have this crag acquired and will be open for all climbers to enjoy. I think the idea of preserving climbing access for ourselves, and our children, is a worthy cause. I've been hearing of access issues at the Red... what's up with that? Anybody know?
EDIT: just looked at http://rrgcc.org/ and there have been some closures by the powers that be...

Thanks to all the folks putting up 10, 25, 50 bucks for the cause. Pretty amazing. Looks like this has tapped into some kind of social movement.... hmmm... bunch of tree huggers!!! :)

Hey Gus I'm down here in the dirty south and I'd like to donate! What crag is it? I may be doing something wrong but your link takes me to a really old (2002) thread about "cragX" which I'm thinking was probably Jamestown. Fix me up so I can figure this thing out.
