What else have you got?
How about a stick-clip with driftwood and bird bone, in the owl-cave?

These random-photo threads unearth some cool stuff. Liked the clouds, great shot of some hippy in a chimney! Was that a spy-satellite view down the Nose?
Chiloe, did ya fire the route with the blessed bird bone?
Why yes, it supplied extra courage.

ice storm, 2002, Durham / Chapel Hill
what it looks like when a tree falls on your buddy's back deck
what it looks like when part of that tree goes through the second floor attic and partway into the kitchen
what the yard next door looks like once everything is done falling down
I've been in some earthquakes, including the large '94 one in LA, I've been splashed by lightning, I've done things to my brain that took a few days to recover from - but the 12 hours of that ice storm when the trees kept groaning, breaking and falling were the freakiest thing I have experienced in my life.

It is the Nose,
I'm a secret agent, so I get some cool toys....
Naw, that is Microsoft's Virtual Earth, they are trying to catch up with Google Earth. It's not as good in some instances, but it's a nice compliment to Google Earth....

That's a pretty cool shot, Chiloe. I like the combination of blue clothing against rust-brown rock.
