She hasn't been charged with any crime, that's the problem.

Lets face it though, the other neocon Sith lords in her circle haven't ever been charged either. Crimes against humanity get a pass.

but I do think that THINKING americans will call it for what it is -a very tragic episode and one that weighs on those at the top of the chain of command. Beyond that, well walk a mile in those comfortable shoes and have fun while you're doing it.

Agreed!

Benghazi was a tragedy indeed. But it's not what the right has made it out to be, imho.

Trump was specifically referencing "Scotland" as the country in his Tweet

That's one interpretation. It's not a charitable one.

My only point is that we don't have to nit-pick and be uncharitable at this level in order to discuss what's really wrong with His Hairness.

As Karl Popper pointed out, the problem with a verificationist viewpoint is that it "finds verifying evidence" everywhere it looks.

That is the backwards world of republicans, facts mean nothing and lies are the truth.

Are you in IT, Bob?

I'm well-connected and knowledgeable on that front, and those of us that know the technicalities of what she did know how flagrantly she failed to achieve even the most basic of best-practices in her rush to get herself a system over which she would have complete control. For months she didn't even have a valid SSL cert on her system, rendering everything that went in and out of it plain-text for all the world to see. I could go on and on.

There is no, repeat NO, legitimate motivation for doing what she did. Her obvious intention was to circumvent FOIA statutes and to ensure that if pressured she could do exactly what she did in fact do: Decide what she wanted to delete and then wipe the evidence.

If she deleted even ONE State Department email from her private server, she violated the law. And it's now known that she deleted many State Department emails.

In other posts I've shown side-by-side the text of the relevant statutes and her undisputed behaviors. People like me, who are non-partisan in their thinking (unlike you), are not blinded by the flying dust from our grinding axes.

That she committed crimes is beyond legitimate dispute. Whether she gets charged or not is an almost unrelated question, because at her level people basically don't get indicted. It's dubious indeed in our political climate if indictments CAN be brought.

The difference between us is that you are partisan, and I'm not. I would have voted for Bernie, for example. I won't vote for Clinton. I don't think I can bring myself to vote for Trump, even to stop Clinton. So, I may not vote or vote third-party (who knows what?). I'm not some right-winger with an ax to grind against Clinton.

This again. Counts only as a 1/2 vote for Trump. Congratulations.

Hard to figure what should make a public servant keep going with a citizenry like this.

Jury!? Your fantasy jury in your Court of Make Believe.

Are you serious? Or is this a posting-while-drunk?

"The jury's still out" is a common phrase to say: "Nothing's been decided yet."

In my case, one of the meanings I include is: "The FBI investigation is not over yet."

If you're gonna ding me at that level, then you're the one in a fantasy world and need to grow up.

Hard to figure what should make a public servant keep gong with a citizenry like this.

It's hard to figure only because you lefties perpetually turn a blind eye to the massive amounts of money and power the Clintons have amassed due to being such "servants" of the "public." LOL

This is ignorance personified. The first sentence is laughable. That she has not ever been charged with a crime is beyond dispute.

Not following people State Dept procedure may bring a rebuke, almost certainly not an indictment. That's the stuff of fantasy.

You have opinions and that is about as far as it goes.

I could care less who you vote for.

That she has not ever been charged with a crime is beyond dispute.

That she is above the law is virtually beyond dispute.

Actually most of the wealth came as private citizens, just like Reagan.

That she is above the law is virtually beyond dispute.

Again, it's comparatively a frigging ocean of squawking about nothing of any real consequence when compared to the multiple instances of treason committed by the W's administration.

Y'all better be careful out there worshipping these false idols.

You're gonna likely shoot your self in the foot and/or burn 'em.

Tony Robbins asked them to overcome fear and storm across hot coals. Dozens were injured.
