Any simple plot of CO2 vs Temperature will show 0 correlation. I.E.

CO2 correlates with T only at the glacial-interglacial scale, for the well known reason that the oceans hold more CO2 when cold- ocean temps control atmospheric CO2, not the other way around. CO2 follows T.
Speaking of the cart, the wheels are coming off. Even the IPCC now says:
“No best estimate for equilibrium climate sensitivity can now be given because of a lack of agreement on values across assessed lines of evidence and studies.”

And you find a paper saying CFC's are causing global warming, instead of CO2.

In one section of his narrative, Ed of course refers to the upper tropospheric hot spot. This is a production of " the blessed models", not observed in reality and therefore another invalidation of one of the main tenants of the church of CAGW- CO2 almighty. Actually you would need an atmospheric density increase to effectively trap heat in the upper layrrs of the atmosphere and since the atmosphere expands in response to the modest thermal increase and co2 is costantly scrubbed (along with other atmospheric constituents) by the Earths water cycle, earths overall atmosphrric density is remarkably stable. CO2 is not magical, its average lifespan in the atmosphere is 5.4 years. You would need a huge forcing event like a multi millenial super volcanic eruption to increase the density of our atmosphere to the point of heating to an extinction event. This has ocurred in the geological past , but earths near magical regulatory mechanisms eventually moderated the extreme climate and life once again peevailed. There has never been a runaway greenhouse event on Earth that wasn*t moderated in relatively short order, geologically speaking.The Earth, nor its atmosphere is fragile.
