A DW Network presentation on Decker's big giant deluxe 4k Wunderbox was a documentary on Gerhard 'Conroad' Richter, the abstract impressionistic interpreter of photographs into paintings.
I was very impressed with his impressions. He spoke about the Matterhorn.
He never worked for Disney Productions. At first, I mistook him for an actor with the same last name, but blame it on the painkiller.* I saw the LIGHT IN THE FOREST several times with James McArthur. But watt d o i no?

* Large-dose Ibuprofen - the left knee's been bunged all day but got around at a slow hobble for a romp in the rain and a limp-shuffle to the cafe. I wasn't much use, so went to bed, then woke with a sore back. John's got chronic back issues and had some of these babies. One a day keeps the doctor away.

I used to love MAD magazine. It seemed to mock and parody just about everything my engineer-minded Dad thought was "the right way to think" and so I was constantly laughing at the inane but highly relevant humor of MAD.
