I was forced to accept this as punishment last night at Decker's for having missed the night before and the one before that.

And it was better (effects-wise) than the apocalypse flick we watched after the Super Bowl which I sat through all the way, I admit - but John Cusack is such a compelling dipshit sometimes, as were his family, who just sat there watching the volcano blow and did nothing but stare as the shock wave came at them until John showed up in the RV with the volcanic debris hot on his trail, knowing full well that shock waves happen, having likely watched endless tales like this on their own televisions and devices...I mean, c'mon, it really is hard to suspend certain beliefs when writers get this f*#king desperate, but then, I don't buy these CDs and am just along for the ride, so to speak, when it comes to what John wants to watch on his TV.

I try to remain gracious.[Click to View YouTube Video]
LOL, Bushman!

Am I being cynical or sarcastic here? Meh.

One thing about The Day After Tomorrow, other than it keeps changing, is that it showed Los Angeles being destroyed by tornados. Or tornadoes. What's the beef with tornados? Well, for one thing, they are better, IMO, than Beef Wellington. Anyway, when LA was leveled and smoking, I did feel sad, in a way. No more LA jokes, of course, but no more Lakers. Dodgers, well, f*#k them anyway. But what is worse, I wonder...to live or to die in LA?

reals fo reals I'd rather be fishing , or climbing ,
I've got an Epic Eeegor un-chained couple of stories but they are to insane.
Now I don't make a habbit of that strip of cartoon, it is
Where Broom Hilda asks where " I am " it answers Ka-boom
" making A bomb"

nor are we willing to buy American made gear and apparel, we spend more time consuming than we do paying attention to our evil money grubbing politicians. Maybe Trump and his cronies will awaken and unite the country, who knows.

Now that our education system has been handed off to a lady who bought her way in to her position its not looking good. The youth are going to start thinking that unless they come from money they will never be able to do anything with themselves. Those days of telling the kids that they can be whatever they want to be when they grow up are coming to an end.(TR]

Don't worry comrade, corporations are people/voters too and mr Putin has invested heavily in his portfolios.
Mr Exxon and Mr Trump won't disappoint their largest investor. It will be awhile, just wait till
after he takes Poland and the rest of half of Europe under control.
Then he will send his Teachers here to learn us some Russian way's.

Try not to think of your head on a pillow as a target of said politicians.
Every sleeping mind needs to be linked to by serupttious means those things, all of them transmit
As well as Recive .
Sleeping in front of the TV? Dangerous. The lights have eyes. . . .

I literally spit coffee,
Never done that before !,
GTFO! Forgot to set a block expert Canyoneering?! Please!
Then I read more . . . .m. ! ! ! !

of course EXPERIENCED(?) I'm sorry !
Ho and of course he owns and runs a guide service!
What this is and run by, more often than not a short-cut taking Rookie of five or Six years of experience in the gym and outdoor '
Canyoneering & rappelling, As a prosthetic to Rock climbing but more dangerous per risky event.
Over the last decade(?) There has grown in to a trend, . .
this sort of adventure travel day-trip 'Guide Service".

To me it seems like 'The car alarm' that was ignored' Was back when teaching by non-climbers was sanctioned, as long as or by "Single Pitch Belayer & Top Rope Certification"
Once those little lies were accomplished, insurers found a business model.
That made it profitable for anyone with ware-house space to try opening a gym, (slash) Guide service.

when some people wanted to churn money out of US guide 'Training' putting out a ton of "I Paid For It" No- Other Experience " men and women who then train on the job is nothing new

Universal Belay Certificate? Just to participate? Is the thing you love worth regulations like tha?
I'm glad I got mine when I did Free as can be just me and my friends everywhere we went we did what was safest 1st then threw at the Nar, but we almost never signed up or reported before we went for some things . . . . .sshh don't tell the Rangers

I saw that the idea that people are dropping at an alarming rate, is being met with more concern than the Darwin Award theory.

Sarcanically cyniccasmistic, snobviously.

But what is worse, I wonder...to live or to die in LA?

Both

Although if I had to chose, having grown up near there, I would chose the latter.

I feel a slow, spiraling effect, noggin-wise.
I seem to be receding into overuse of adverbs.
This can be rectified by simple awareness on the part of the writer.
Just don't do it.
Simple.
Don't be sucked into the trap by sanical and santiric practicioners of same.
Aren't you supposed to be up a tree or something, young blushman?
We all may be up a tree if the rain keeps up.

I took a half day off, Mouse. Pain in the right foot nearing unbearable.

Had a third cortisone shot in my foot yesterday afternoon, after a year of plantar fasciitis that is just not healing. Got a referral to a podiatrist also.

Crew and I are tired of the Muck so unless the tree has fallen on the customer's foot and they are willing to pay our rate, it can wait. So we are taking a breather for a couple days until it dries out a bit.

So I'm in a bit of a mood e blue, Blue.

Let the crew chill at home to some stupid DVDs ha ha!
Meanwhile, I'll be out driving and bidding work, which is actually supposed to be my job, asap.

This is mild. It's covered the bike path and about a foot more, is all.
Lots of room to go before coming to flood stage.

[Click to View YouTube Video]that one has a bit of the 'paint drying effect', you kinda need to have been there, and then it will piss you off 'cause the edits cut out all the crux moves!
Still the high a sublime feeling if it takes you up there in your mind
Then I went by the most recently Up loaded that I could find in the general search.

When did Sugarloaf burn up? Haven't been up there in years, I must've missed that. Bolee Gold and Pony Express were two of my favorites.

That naked, bald, burnt up Loaf image was taken in November of 2013.
I don't know the fire history.
Kyburz survived and grew, in spite of all, apparently.

I was up there climbing with someone from the Bay Area sometime in the seventies - I think it was my brother-in-law, Marc;
and we did but one route with no idea what - no book on it back then.
