Oh Khanom, It was a gift to talk to you and Vicky! Yeah, I was stressed out due to crazy life since Dan died but not from cooking this past weekend. That was a treat.....except like I said, last hour of putting it hot on the table is like Thanksgiving Dinner, a challenge, yet fun.

Please! keep me posted on your plans. You two are special people and my best to yo both.

And yes, TPR reunions are the best. Maybe some of this ST family can let me know their plans and we can hook up on one of my days off. :D

WOW!!!! Susan did a fantastic job with the impressive list of sponsors and organizing this festival of fun. I was truly touched that so many amazing folks came out for the Gordon Family. RLF for getting the power straightened out, Lynne and Happy, BJ and the cooking crew, the prep crew and Cosmic the one armed window washer, Deee, the brains behind this bunch of misfits, Banks mannin up on the American Alpine Club sponsored kegs of Sierra Nevada kept us all in fine beer. Everyone else I am forgetting to mention, THANKS! I had a blast.

This is how Todd Rolls...

We raised enough to put a roof on our house, new tires for the toyota corolla, a new brake job for my truck, and probably a new leach line for our septic system that Action pumping is checking out tomorrow;...thanks for everything, my friends......an exact $ amount is probably not needed, for Obama or Mitt might want to tax my friend's donations as "extra income".........it's just a few friends helping out with a roof;...nothing to get the tax man involved........................................Basically, the whole event was a whooping success;.....food, band, party, donations, beer, art exhibit, slide show, and Beck's Killer Beverages......thanks again for such a rallying of the troops;.....the Gordon family is much appreciative.

I don't ever remember seeing a skunk in Joshua Tree but I swear there must be one living under Todd's house.

Edit:
Question ~ what happens to all the product that didn't sell? Ongoing auction?

Hey, big ups to all the organizers. Pretty darned impressive.

And big thanks to Spencer and Skip who donated a chalk bag and some gloves to me...
since largo screwed me in the raffle.
