I see I missed SOME/MOST of the comedy today while I was working.

Stench ,I see you fell for the Guardian's[UK] RW edit. Now we know where you stand ,along with the Chef.I knew you would believe that, especially when it was a greenpeace graph.

You really believe that individuals give more than the kochs,exxon/mobil,getty,sun,bp.

You guys make fantastic pawns for the likes of the kochs and big oil.

Real critical thinkers your lot.

350 billion a year to fight GW. Show ME.

Mono,Let the fun begin.

OMG!

Hey Chief, look at the mass of points below and above your trend line. Do they look about the same weighting?

So Chief can't understand graphs, words or numbers, we already knew that. Newer news though not surprising either, Sketch and Rick can't understand either trends or anomalies, much less how those two concepts might or might not connect.

The D-K is deep here today!

Chief, again -- if you're going to photoshop stupidly wrong versions of my graphs, take pride in that work and write your own name on the image over mine.

This turns into an IQ test for the Chief-enablers too. Rick, Sketch, does either of you have the wattage to explain in a friendly voice to Chief that he's badly confused? He can't hear anyone else.

These guys are blowing gaskets.

Usually I stay out of this nonsense but it was fun playing today.

Thanks for the laughs - Chuff. You're so far gone you should just give up. Nobody is listening to you nor cares.

Whats this about?

Not Climate Finance.

Nor,"Understanding where the world stands in relation to its low carbon and climate resilient investment goals is a more urgent task than ever".

But rather ,Climate Change denier funding versus how much the U.S.A. spends on CC Research.

To quote the Chef,Got It.

Hey! I was first!

well sorta.

but either way the slope of the line is still going down. I guess what I laugh about the most is Chuff-n-Puff posts these graphs and sprays what they mean yet one simple look makes you go "huh?"

The thing is... it's obvious the Chuff doesn't understand calculus much less statistics. Area under the line mean much there Chuffy-boy?

Begin here Larry- a compilation of data, methods, and historical accounts of the fluctuations of sea levels during the historic period. Though all changes compiled here are not attributable to glacial melt (some are from post glacial rebound and ongoing tectonics) a good many can be so accredited.

Nature & monolith versions look fine to me. They could be a textbook illustration for what happens if anyone was so stupid they took a dataset with 12,628 daily observations, threw out 12,626 of those, and declared they found a "trend" from the 2 points that remain.
