there's too much money to be made on the internet sites to f*#k over all of the american players.....they've found loop holes before and I'd be willing to bet that they find yet another one.

As far as the withdrawl thing goes just get a check mailed and take it to a check cashing place if you are worried. The other option is to cash out via western union. I just cash my regular checks at the bank and have never had a problem.
We should do a H.O.R.S.E tourney on a weekend someday soon on poker stars.
