Paul McDaniel, our son died of a stroke Sept. 14, 2008 but it seems like only yesterday! A post was made with photos of him while he was on his favorite climbing trip to Boulder, Co in August of 2008--it would be his last climb, except his journey to Heaven. He loved rock/ice climbing more than life itself iit seemed at times. He lived a full life during his 22 years. His brothers have started a foundation in his name to help promote awareness of strokes in young people and to especially promote organ donation. We have heard from three of Paul's recipients thus far, and his heart recipient and his family are planning a trip to Collierville, Tn to meet Paul's family this October 23, 2010!!! We can't hardly wait. thank you for allowing us to share about Paul. His foundation site is:

Me too, thanks Jerry! What you did was awesome. Just wish I could have had it together to take over after you retired. I am OK now....took @ 9+ years. No telling how loss plays out. A person must continue to figure out how to live....really live....after loss. It can happen. Don't give up.
