Congratulations to Russ, Riley & Frenchie!!!
What's in the pot? Just about $180.00 so our three winners will take home about $60.00 each (minus paypal fees).
I'm bummed I didn't hit the winners circle this time out. But 9 down isn't shabby. I've already pigged out on carmel corn and hummus so I'm up a pound this morning.
Damn it to YO-YO Hell. I'm back on the program...........right after Hueco!
Losers - please pay up pronto so I can make distributions when I get back next week.

Take thrid place in a poker tourney and get a free ham steak dinner! Too bad that Paiute is losing it's Friday night business to the home game at the Mini Cheeses.

Fletch - congrats with the 13 lbs!!!
Jumping into the 10lb. Diet Challenge™™™ when you're already dieting or exercising (i.e. in the middle of losing weight) is a recipie for disaster unless you're prepared to go seriously hard core. Advantage goes big to the off-the-couchers.
Next spring, we should line up for the Super Diet Challenge™ and go for 15 lbs in 6 weeks. That would be tough.
Any news from Mr. X? I'm not on the distribution...

There really should be a weight class. i.e, those under 130 should only be going for 7 lbs, those over 200 should be going for 14. It would level the playing field some. I'd also go for a flat percentage.

Thanks Greg. I'm still headed down, but it's going to take more time than I had on the challenge. I'm hoping that by the next challege I won't need to participate... (hey, a girl can dream!) Thanks to Sooze for coordinating!
Mr. X is back and he can give you the trip report.

I still think Ken should get an honourable mention for greatest gain.
tarbuster's photo looks like one on the cover of a race program from a triathlon I did once in Hawaii.
