I'm away from a scale for a few days. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

You can add my start weight (124.4) to keep me honest.

You can add mine as 178.9 :(

Will need support to not overeat in the evenings. Goal is to not real food (vegetables only) after 7pm, aside from days when I finish the workouts late after work.

I found the scale in a closet, after coming out with it, I stood upon it and got an even 200. I then decided to take off my size 13 tennies and it reads 198. At 5'10" I must be marbled like a tri-tip. Damn.

So 198 and rabbit food after dinner for snacks. See how long that lasts.

Last month at new area.

I'd be in, but I'm too lazy to walk over and weigh in.

It's enough that I have all you featherweights beat by a mile. :-)

So if I do manage to drop the 10 (fantasy-land), does that mean I get to wear more gear? Because I'm already carrying an El Cap rack up 30' climbs.

Feeling like my energy is down today. Had a salad with no dressing but scallops for protein source. And a full tomato. Divided that into two portions and supplemented with coffee to avoid snacking. Also just had my carboloaded lunch of 130 calorie pack of Oatmeal with 4 scallops with chai/some milk. Hope this wave of energy will carry me to the gym tonight, so that I can do an hour of light cardio and Yoga. Will be posting tonight about the post workout meal with intentions to keep the peer pressure high and avoid snacking on kind bars. If you encounter me in the bitch mode at some time during the next month, please don't take it personally. ;)

PS: Burchy didn't join yet?!

I ate three broiled scallops, and then soup of two napa cabbage leaves in broth with ginger garlic and white pepper. was going to have cedar planked salmon and spinach but managed to lose the sack of spinach. you all need to try broth with ginger garlic and white pepper. it's the shizzzzzzzzz.

tried to go to the gym... managed to walk at 15% incline at 3mph for half an hour but any faster made my stupid hyperextended knee hurt. fale. but it's gotta be better than sitting on the couch, drinking whisky, eating chips and ice cream I guess. cantwait for daylight savings so i can do stuff outdoors after work!

my mom made thia challenge a little sweeter with her own incentive, so its gonna happen.....

I'm still in. Start weight is 189.6.

Today was salami, tri-tip, nuts, and chard; did weight circuits in the morning and enduro laps the gym in pm.

Thanks for the motivation, all!

PS what's ginger garlic? You mean ginger, and garlic?

Old family friend in town. Got dragged to pizza place.

Ordered a salad: good job, Pewf!
With blue cheese dressing: ehhh not so hot
Drank beer: Pewf has no willpower

Aside from that episode, really noticing the effects of reducing grains and sugar. Low mental energy, but I felt okay physically. Snowshoeing got postponed because of some work-ish stuff, so I did extra indoor aerobic + situps, pullups, pushups

day 2, holding at 78kg. I haven't crapped in 2 days though, so I've got that going for me.
In keeping with the units of the challenge, that's 172 pounds.

Oh boy. I didn't know I had to make THE number public!!!
It's gonna have to be: "Trust Me" it's "yyyyuge"....at least to me.

Anyway...I did want to report a good launch. Due to rain I haven't been outside riding but I've gotten some good distances in wth running/hiking/spinning. It's paying off...1.1 since Sunday. I know it always starts out strong, butt least it's motivating.

I head out to Moab next week and that should also ramp up the activity levels.

Woooop down 3.6 since sunday... pure bloat but motivating. I just did cold laser therapy on my hyperextended knee and.... it seems to have made it worse.
