Hard to say for sure but My guess is being dead is either really fascinating.. or completely nothing.
Lots of ways to die however.. I'm pretty sure the process itself is either over so quick you never knew.. or it's definately not boring... well maybe if it takes months and you can't do anything but suffer. Boring plus suffering... sounds like being stuck in a storm.

Bouldering is only slightly less boring than being bored.
Rain is boring too, but when you combine the two... well, it's still pretty boring.
