That mob scene of pro-Bundy cattle welfare recipients under the bridge reminded me of the story about the babushkas in Ukraine. I’ve not heard of the notion of downgrading a US state to a US territory, but this event begs the question.

I have a hard time believing that any of you would under any other rational context support people like Bundy nor compare him favorably to Weaver or Koresh at all. But under these circumstanses as a means of defending your misconceptions about the 2nd Ammendment and your manipulated fears of tyrannical overreach of the Fed Govt you want to portray these criminals as true patriots. Supporting Bundy and defending Weaver & Koresh is only a small stumble away from glorifying Timothy McVeigh, another fine American patriot and US combat Vet.
Without all the hyperbole and drama I can't imagine many of you would actually see these sociopaths as great and nobel citizens. If we can't by process of law bring one randy rancher to accountability what chance will we have to go after crocked bankers and Billionaires?
Don't you think that if Obama and the Feds were the jack booted thugs you fear that he would have gotten all Putin on the mob? But no instead we have a stand down and reevaluation. You still have your guns and there are no FEMA camp internments. Get it?
You may want to defend Their cause célèbre on an idealogical stand point but let me ask this question to any who would answer.
With what you now know (real or imagined) about the character of these characters who among them would you want to see date or marry your Daughter, your Sister or your widowed/divorced Mother? Think about it.

Move away, nothing more to see here. Go back to your bunkers, white wingnuts, it's over. It now moves to the courtroom. Probably not a good place to bring your AR's. Stay in your trailer parks and go back to worrying about birth certificates and other nonsense.

I worry about you.
Your posts have taken on a real "manifesto-like" tone.
Makes some biscuits buddy.

Oh Rong the mighty Oaf Creaper, lies have been pouring out of your pathetic pie hole since you first started posting on ST political threads.
You and these other troglodytes may want to see yourselves as "Minutemen" at Concorde but you are nothing more than tin pan 3rd world anarchists. You are not fighting a nobel or even legitimate cause here. The rest of US and the world see you as the musicians said "as a druken spoiled 15 year old waving a gun in their face".
Go fight FOR SOLAR and RENEWABLE energy. Go fight the big banks or the greedy billionaires corrupting the system. Go do something, anything that makes the world a better place. Arming for Armegeddon isn't helping.

I've tried to give Ron the benefit of the doubt as much as possible over the last year or so.
He has at times added to discussions and, at least at the beginning showed remarkable restraint to the shite that he received.
However with that last post I have to acknowledge that he has truly gone nuts as so many here keep saying.
What IS your intention Ron with arming yourself and so many of your fellow Nevadians? Are you so far lost and delusional that you think that armed conflict is or will solve any of your problems?
As a "former" LEO I'd expect you had the integrity to see a lawful resolution to such disputes.
Arming yourself and others thinking this would solve your problems not to mention so many of the ones the rest of us face each and every day points to a world view lacking in common sense, empathy, and understanding of a basic civil society.
Sure blame it on the BLM. They have issues I'd be the first to acknowledge that but really this is your solution...
I'm sure you'll call me names and such. But really your way is a deadened street.
Good luck dude you're gonna need it.

Werner, I tried to find you and say hello Sunday when the chopper was lifting off from El Cap meadow on Sunday, but apparently you had just driven off. I was only there for a day, and it was a weird chance to bump into someone I knew.
Maybe next time.
Ron, if you don't read the article that Werner just linked above, you will truly be only selling ignorance in this discussion. That has been Federal land since 1844, long before Bunker and crew arrived. That has been upheld in numerous court decisions. Mr Bunker gave up his rights to even be in the conversation when he quit paying his measly fees.

No longer blah blah blah
Oh yeah what are you going to do about it? Wield guns against the various government agencies you rail against?
lol good luck with that. Bet anything you don't do sh*t other than post your batsh*t diatribes on a climbing forum.
and your manifesto needs some work, big sections of it are based on facts you made up out of the blue.
