Writing my first resume in 25 years. Lift a toast to me cuz that's how I feel. Actually, it's kinda exciting to jump back into the job market. Freaking n00bs! I'll stomp them.
Cheers,

in the shadow of friday night,
3 am saturday morning
my day began its spin 3 hours ago
as i digitize lines on my cad system,
mocking a structure yet to be borne,
so the owner who is spending many millions of dollars
can see his baby...
i havent cracked a hoppy ale,
yet.
im most easily understood between the 2 and 6 am whore.
today though the sky is piddlin on the soil,
the moon is trying hard to shine on the swan
but the swans are white enough on the lake,
on their own.
so i kindle a fire up bright
in my cabin,
and go to work on life.
life right now.
the wrest i'll leave alone.
drink with me sometime below dawn's skirt.

I'm into some St. Michelle, Indian Cr. Cab. Better inside me, than outside me.
Sighhhhh! Coming into the time of year that I feel a tiny bit of envy for you “rich-folk” in California and your over-crowded ant-hill, and failing system. At least you can have warm, while you walk.
Friday night list of reasons to get drunk:
Snowing outside. The older I get: the more I dislike winter.
Had a Basal-cell cancer removed from my head yesterday, and I'm not supposed to drink.
Stings, like hell and I’d rather drink than take Tylenol as a “pain-killer.”
Basal-cell cancer note. I think this was #12. They don't kill you, if you get them tended to.

G'd'y, Bruce.... I shall take Post #900.
A bit of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey on the rocks, won at a Shamrock 'Spiel last March. [That's curling to you Merricans, eh?]
Note that there is an "e" in Irish and American Whiskey, but no "e" in Canadian or Scotch whisky.

Ah Reilly---thanks for asking about the noggin.
It ain't throbbin! (at the moment.)
This has turned into a "rocky-thread" to follow tonight.
I do have a current fondness for "tombstone-shaped" crystals.
A close-up of some Hedenbergite crystals from Idaho.
Edit------MH!! Thanks for the Monty Python utube link! What a hoot. The least of it was this quote:
What do American beer and having sex in a canoe, have in common?
"They're both fukin close to water!"

Gone dry on weeknights. It's a sorely needed exercise in self-discipline. When you can drink an amount that has others staggering and you are barely buzzed, it's time to scale back.
Love that Monty Python bit! Nice rocks F.
Fritz, You look great! That speck means nothing.
It's going to be a good weekend for skiing in the WEST.

Ah!
Briefly
Home again----and enjoying some 7 Deadly Zins, after surviving Thanksgiving with the inlaws, and a "white-knukles" high-winds drive back to Choss Creek.
As for the mandatory negative part of this post----may I observe:
"Those fuking fukers are fuked----fuking for, fuking-ever."
No snow here in Choss Creek, and I hope to get out for a Petroglyh hike on Sunday at 40 degrees. Those temps should calm down the rattlesnakes.
