Hey, I think I saw you guys filming out there today - close to B1 and then a redhead screaming bloody murder up top... or maybe that was a slasher flick...
Either way, fun times today. I'm new to Stoney but it's got to be the friendliest place I've ever been...
And I'm sending Slime on Sunday (I swear to God)!

Yeah, there was a good example of what falling 15 or 20 feet will do to a leg. Foot on sideways, bones sticking out, expensive and painful surgery and recovery still to come. Be careful out there and don't assume you can fall from that height without consequences. Climb in control!

So who was the older, bald, heavy set guy named Gerry / Jerry the one day I've ever been there who said he'd been climbing there for 30 years. Don't know anything about him other than he was nice enough to give me a ride on one of his ropes.

Was he surrounded by other old guys and hot young girls? If so Jerry Sears - nicest guy in the world. Has climbed there so much he likes to climb the TRs blindfolded. Lives 2 lives at once: Cowboy line dance till 2:00 am on saturday nights, shows up at Stoney by nine and TRs until Noon.
Likes to do "monster hikes." Such as Badwater to the top of Telescope peak in a push.

RYAN it's not fair that you can go to the point & go to the beach instead & I've got water all around me & no f------ climbing --------- you could be doing both ----should be.
