'Just wanted to flavor up our lil' thread with their picture and of course, calibrate my charm meter.
As to their resident locale, aye mate for yur sake I woulda' fetched, but for mine, Lisa, AKA Supergirl, steadfastly, damn straightly, & happily eclipses that notion at every turn...

F'ueco they were local - we came upon them at the Hamburger Crack and chatted - the boys gave them some beta and I think they asked us where we were all from. One I think said she was from Poway and the other somewhere else close by. Sweet gals. Hmmmm, are you planning to be spending some more time at Woodson??
Dang it I wish we were all going out there again tomorrow. I don't get to climb this weekend so I'm living vicariously through you guys...have some fun for me. We're off to Mexico for some R & R this next week and then back to??? Eastside?

Shoot Mike, it wouldn't have mattered whether you could still do Train in your tennies, it just would have been great to see you again.

What Off White said dammit.
Watusi, ya cuda done what Amick did, happily standing at the base of various boulders, dispensing excellent beta and talkin' big smack. We love ya anyways tho and hope you had a productive weekend.
And that goes for you too G Gnome, the NERVE, takin Wazoo out to Josh, I mean, Cali Knight, Robbins, Lemon Shiff: sheesh, Mike Waugh would have shredded that stuff as warm ups and gone on to do us all really proud. Bolton will be delivering severe noogies shortly.
Anyhow, also, thanks Watusi, Raydog, Off White, & Eeeyonkee for the kudos on my off the bench, injured list be damned experience. I am so stoked.

Funny, it was just a week ago today I was sweating my way up the Woodson road on an 85 degree day...
And today I sweated my way up quite a different mountain just 50 miles from my house. Losing my glasses made the two outings rather comparable in terms of cost.
All you Cali/Colorado types might get a kick out of knowing that the peak behind me, at 5944', is only slightly higher than Boulder Colorado.

That's about what it looked like around my house today; we got 2-3" of fresh wet snow.

OK, you two, I get it. You're trying to rub it in. Beating us down in SoCal on a dry year. Hey, we can play that game here in Cali today also. It hasn't been a banner year, but . . .
At Mammoth today 5/5/07:

(Warning: Turn up the speakers!)
I knew I should have dashed up 395 this weekend. Hoping I can get one more weekend at Mammoth before the end of the season. Hoping, hoping, hoping . . .
Post up Agent 13. (I believe in you. I know you can do it!)

Here's the last of mine;
Run Amock about to get some help up the hill from the always perky Tom Scott. Off White still advancing strongly under his own power...
Tar's wondering if these SD boys always greet each other with hugs & kisses...

Mtwoodsonguide, you're the longish haired Eric who started to third class bat flake in tennies, right? Your ability to accurately name lesser peaks of the Olympics from 1000 miles away is impressive.

Hey MtWoodsonGuide, were you the one who said in an earlier thread that Longs Cracks - Right is the hardest OW at Woodson? I looked at this on the Wednesday before the shindig and nearly pulled it off, but I thought I might give it a real try at the shindig (never did). I couldn't put my finger on exactly what changed from when it was 5.10, some flake on the left side of the crack must've been removed or something.
On my half-hearted try, I was able to get good fist jams - looks like it will end up being quite a bit like Boulder 13 for me, fist-jamming as opposed to OW. I'm assuming that you have done it. Good job btw on Greg's Crack and MS.
edit Agent 13, where are those pics?

Tarbabie, quite the opposite, he took me. He refused to be seen with such a pile of old and weak dudes! Hell, we went bouldering yesterday at Horse Flats. It is a tough job trying to boulder with the worlds strongest man! Jebus but I hurt like hell today! I could barely hold the tooth brush this morning.
