Such a joke... Never meeting CMac or knowing much about him other then running a business, being extremely involved in the climbing community, and word of mouth being a nice cool guy, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that...
Fattrad has some sort of a compulsive disorder where it makes him feel the need to make his authority known on a community forum, not relating to any sort of LEO's forum. He's often paranoid of, well, everything.
Sure he's a climber, and most climbers (probably from smoking all of that fuel soaked weed) are kind of out there, but that's fine. It's what makes all you guys so neat and interesting. His ranting about Obama, cops tasering innocent people, or just flat out ridicule'd arguments are sometimes entertaining, but also extremely annoying.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and is fortunate to have the 1st Amendment behind their [Post this Reply] button, but he went too far too many times in too many threads on too many topics.
And if that whole thing about office break in, four stolen computers, and reporting the administrators of this site in the report is true... Who wouldn't ban him? He's obviously an extremely paranoid individual.
To be honest; with how he posts, and the way he words and starts aggressively flaming people for posting, I don't think he'd pass a psyche test to get into an LEO academy of any kind. Okay maybe Paladin Security co.

I think you are all missing an important sequence of events issue here.
Fatty got banned.
Fatty got his office broken into
Police questioned him and asked "who doesn't like you"
Fatty respond - RJ and CMAC.
His ousting had NOTHING to do with what he said to the police.

No, fattrad wasn't ousted as retribution because he went to the cops....
fattrad went to the cops and implicated (by name) CMac & RJ AFTER he was ousted.
That's really disturbing, and enough to renounce any support for the return of fattrad that I have made on his behalf.

Think about it for a moment. The stolen computers would have had data on them from Jeff's customers. There was a breach of security. How would Jeff want that breach reported to his customers?
1. Quite out of the blue my office was broken into and information was stolen. All the names of the owners and account ID's were encrypted but still information was lost.
2. I got into a tiff with the owner of a (non-porno) web site and was banned from the site. Some of the graphics on the site are pornographic, but that is not why I went to the site many times each day. But he was such a personal enemy he may have been involved in breaking into my office.

For my own part I heard Jeff say more than enough reasonable things to convince me he was trolling most of the time on ST. Just to get a reaction.

Some real damage to Jeff comes about if the authorities happen onto the nonsense here.

Hoo-boy, this is starting to get weird.
There's plenty of ST Repubs who will write this off coming from a Lib, but the more I'm learning about this, the less confident I am in fattrad's role in this circus.
Though we've clearly been on opposite sides of the ideologic fence, I've made my appreciation for fattrad clear many times prior to his ousting, and since he got the boot, I've been a supporter of his return.
The more I've been learning about it, and with the potential for who-knows-how-much is not evident to any of us, the more it seems that my support was misplaced...until/unless the real skinny ever comes out. Which is entirely unlikely.

I personally think that the banning occurred after dudes had slandered CMacs thread with un-called-for junk postings.
The fact that fattard dropped a name (by stating "it couldn't have been..." before the namedropping is meaningless: The fact is by mentioning a name of a common citizen means that that name goes onto a record.
It would have been different if fat had said "It couldn't have been Obama", "It couldn't have been Feinstein", "It couldn't hace beebn Elvis" because each of those people have pretty good alibies.
By dropping the name CMac or RJ might mean that they would have to answer needless questions, and that would waste the time of PD involved.
If I was that cop asking the question and fat gave that answer I would have advised "I didn't ask who you thought couldn't have done this... The question is "Do you have any enemies? Or who do you think might have done this?"
Just answer the question....
