I am a home builder in an affluent community. Unfortunately my middle class clientele has shriveled and I am mostly building for the very wealthy.
I've always dropped my prices and worked with navy families or families of modest income but more and more, they're not even in the game anymore.
On average the wealthy clients I work with are super nice and I appreciate their business but much of what we build are second homes that sit empty several months out of the year. How many tax breaks to these people really need?

Graydon Carter had Trump pegged decades ago, calling him a "short fingered vulgarian". I've yet to see a more apt description. His hands are so small, smaller than 85% of people his size. But there's no problem with his tally whacker, believe me!

Many of you on the Right have ranted about how those who use teleprompters can't be trusted, while those on the Left have retorted that they are common, effective tools used by any leader who wants to communicate productively.
Can you Trumpettes understand now why they are so helpful? If your beloved Donald had been more disciplined about using them, there's no telling how many fewer of his own feet he'd have filling his gullet right now.

Trump has already done several speeches using a teleprompter
and he comes off as stiff and not knowing what's he's talking about, since someone else wrote it for him
The trump ball cuppers still think he isn't using a teleprompter, even though he is pictured using one
that's how completely clueless they are
His Democratic voting kids were using one,
Giuliani (Gollum) and Newt used one,
all the fear mongers use them to scare the fearful silly
But now the Conservibots can vote for someone else!!!

People use teleprompters because they want to be organized, effective communicators.
your right apogee Hillary wouldn't stand a chance with out it..
i'll try to find it but Will Smith did a non scripted interview holy sh#t was it horrible.. Trump is a pro when it comes to non scripted..

contractor thanks.. my friend whom owns an ice skating rink say's although the tax breaks have been good with Obama admin however REGULATIONS have increased way too much making the tax breaks seem not worth it.

The debates will be short-lived.
Donald Trump will start with,
"Blah blah blah lying Hillary blah blah emails blah blah lock her up!"
The moderators will stop him and ask Hillary how does she respond?
Hillary, "He's got a gun!!"
Melee will ensue and Donald Trump will be tackled to the ground by a flurry of Secret Service agents.
End of debates.
