Hi...Mr. Bobby M....It is hard to go on ANY drive, do anything, including being "tortured" by Steve at the GYM...without keeping you in mind. Actually Steve says we keep him on his "toes"....great conversation...and he keeps us working...thinkng. Went over the Snowy Range Mtns. this weekend on the way home from the Rockies game in Denver on Saturday...of course the Snowy Range...lets see...any time one wants to embark on an "adventure drive", especially with those who never go off the beaten path for an adventure drive...
Well, of course, as I wrote a couple weeks ago...what do you see...Brown and Gold..that beautiful Gold only we Wyoming boys and girls know by heart...Have a photo / page from the JH Guide to mail so will get your address from Steve. What do they say on the WYO c ommentary...Oh..the Cowboys...Oh the Cowboys.. ( I think I am probably paraphrasing from some other source but what the heck!!)..
Take your time...heal...when the time is right you'll be ready to move West. Oh! There is so much care and love coming your way. Olive and Bug at Steve and Ellen's gym are exuberant with energy. Bug wanting Olive to give her a moments rest.
All of this will work out. As you well know, as your friends are coming to realize, this old TBI takes time.
Oh gosh. The Absorakas,,,snow now on their tops. Winds too. We will all help, patiently, to support you...it's not easy..but there is much karma and care, all our patience to send to you and support for you and family...I still have that 9 county plate on my car...we told steve and ellen that some day the Lander Senior Citizen Bus ( some day meaning soon er than we wish ) will roll up to the Elementals Gym and "drop" us off...I think Steve will still have "stuff" for us to do...
So MUcH care comes your way. I know you know that. It is so great to hear friends say that. Sometimes people think that it is too much to say things often...I don't think so. For you. For Faith. (Hummm..."Faith"...could that be something to think about?) ...for your Mom and Dad. I am really basically a "stranger" but everyday...walk by your picture on my door...think about what Steve said..."Maybe we should be stronger people."
Just lots of care and love. Beautiful trees changing coulour here in and across WYO. Everyday, sending care.

The UPDATE from FAITH 10/16!
Dear All,
We're heading to Denver! The doctors all enthusiastically agreed that Bobby has recovered incredibly well and that the most important thing for him is to get out of the hospital and into rehab. So, over the last 24 hours we've been busy with departure plans and it looks like my mom and Bobby will fly to Denver tomorrow morning by medical ambulance (non-stop flight) and I will follow on Thursday after tying up all loose ends here. Bobby will initially be at Kindred Hospital (the facility that is similar to sub-acute rehab) prior to Craig. Not sure new mailing addresses yet, but will keep you all posted as things fall into place, etc.
Your continued thoughts and prayers and powerful healing vibes are clearly working!! Bobby's nurse mentioned this morning that he had been sleeping with an easy smile on his face all night--perhaps dreaming of crisp mountain air, the aspen leaves changing to yellow, friends, laughter and probably a cold beer. You all are beyond extraordinary and have been a support beyond what we ever imagined possible. So THANK YOU ALL!!
Ever forward.
With love and gratitude,
Faith

Hey Bobby,
Sorry to be out of touch for so long, but life has been busy, but not so busy that i haven't been thinking about you. The mountains are getting that wonderful fall shinning of new snow and the trees are into full color. I think it is a good time for you to be returning. All the recent news is great to hear and I look forward to your return.

Fantastic!!
I know the mountain air will give new energy to the healing process and provide an opportunity for Bobby’s wonderful friends to help their buddy. I am awed by the spirit, love and determination of all who share Bobby’s dream. Their support is an inspiration.

Just a quick note to let you all know that Bobby and my mom made it
safely to Denver! The flight was smooth, easy and the critical care nurses
fantastic. More importantly, my mom called upon landing to say that
Bobby was out in the open air and breathing it in!! He's now at Kindred
Hospital with a view to a park and big tree in front.
Will keep you all posted.
All the very best and blessings abound,
Faith

hey B,
Still thinking of you of course. Thought I'd post a nice note from your buddy Matt Mosteller up in Canada. He didn't know that Faith was going to be in Banff at the Film Fest for a couple of days next week but his kids had already made their own little tribute to Bobby and I know Faith will get a kick out of it and you will enjoy hearing about it. So many out there who love you and pull for you daily to get through this....
Note from Matt:
Also please let Faith know that my kids- Murphy and Mackenzie created a tribute to Bobby and it is up at this years festival- believe it will be in area where more industry
types can see as they would have more of connection and need to know what
has happened and also hopefully provide more good prayers for Bobby!
