'She' is here so much because she is obviously the creation of a retired climber - if they were currently a climber, they wouldn't have the inclination, time or energy to bother.

Truth be told, apogee, our side did not have many players in the first place so we could hardly afford to lose one, let alone two

There are a lot of conservative voices on this forum, but they don't post much to these threads because of the continued hatred spread by people like Fattrad, Skipt, Blue, Fortmental, Dr. F, and others.

Roger Breedlove is a perfect example of a conservative who would post more if wading into the conversation wasn't so disgusting.

as a consolation prize, Fatty get's another sorta "appreciation" thread.

and it's not like some appreciation threads where you know the guy is reading all the posts and needs to comment at some point but when?

Now he's a dope outlaw raggamuffin who can say he was tooled

Peace

if i nuked it another one or more would pop up so that seems pointless. at least it's all contained in one place.

and as much as it upsets some to have it on the front page my observation is that when people nuke a thread there is intense outrage. Said outrage would then be directed at me. so i pick the lesser of two poisons.

Why in the world would you seek to lift up someone who is unrepentant, to try and make their banning seem cool? Don't you see that this just encourages his poor behavior?

This thread needs to die. How about deleting it Nature

How about not clicking on it Sully?
If you don't like the thread, you have the power to solve your problem within your own index finger. No clicky, no problem.

You know, I don't care about snow leopards, present weather conditions on the eastside, bonobos, teaching evolution, or ukele music...but I'm not in those threads asking the author to delete them either.

Survival, Fattie and Skipt were banned. The good news is Klimmer is back.
Oh, and Tami is instituting a bonobo-based conflict resolution therapy clinic for us.

ps
Dr F is collecting the bail money.

Hey Survival. I think Chris just had enough. After the superbowl, there was a thread started by Chris about a climber who did some tricks on a slack line during the halftime performance. It was wild.

Fattie
Fortmental
Weschrist
and Dadood

crapped all over that thread. That got them banned. Then someone reminded Chris about the post Skipt made to Jstan and that got Skipt banned.

Then Chris made a video about trying to maintain the signal to noise ratio. If you post more crap then good, then plan on being shown the door.

I'm against a lot of what Fatty Believes but I'm not against Fatty. He's paying for his own behavior so he doesn't need a additional kick from me.

I think it's positive that Fatty shared his view in the political discussions. People should know that view is out there and how noble/ignoble it is

Fatty graced one of CMac's threads in his usual style and CMac gave him a lifetime achievement award. Skipt, not wanting to be upstaged, unloaded a nastygram on JStan, and was ejected from the playing field.

So instead you glorify his scofflaw behavior by trying to make his banning somehow seem cool. It is no wonder we never get rid of that kind of behavior on this planet.

Moosie, those facts are probably largely true, but the way you've presented them makes it sound like that was a singular event, and CMac's action was simply retribution in nature.

Those posts were probably the straw that broke the back...those 4 posters had significant histories of negativity in their postings. (Some of which were quite prolific.) It's not about a singular event...it's about a pattern of behavior.

You are correct apogee. It was not a result of a singular event. It was definitely cumulative.
