Ever really look at a penny?

I can't figure what the little green man is doing in the lower right.

How about a used X-acto blade?

Guido: you find some weird signs; but for the life of me I can't understand the balcony warning or why it is posted.

Edit:
Guido: Now that is my kind of story... no reading between the lines. (Park next to a fire hydrant only when there is not going to be a fire.)

Further to guido's fine photo of a BMW and a firehose.

A police friend advises that they have a special universal key for opening doors. It's called a ten pound sledge.

Likewise a fireman friend says they have a special truck for moving vehicles that are blocking hydrants or access. All firetrucks are designed with sturdy bumpers, and when in a hurry, they simply push things out of the way. And no, you can't sue them for any resulting damage.
