A movie about survival and friendship.
Lost in the Barrens (1990)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFpIKOC6ybw
featuring Graham Greene who played Kicking Bird in Dances With Wolves.
"From now on, Awasis, your strength and your courage
will be shown in the good works you do for others.
With the blessings of the spirits, you are now a man."

My tablet just auto corseted the word Joao no, try again in caps,
JOB, (whew.that worked) and , AND was the auto correct word!?
I should have said Good Work !
A compliment can add a life to the flame or a flame to a life.
In the way back I was at a crux,
go to kings canyon, and all
or visit Rocky Mnt, National Park.
I was welcome to stay in the Rangers house inside the entrance.
I use this with my two kids,
One should grasp adventure, as much as opportunity.
You can do it, no crutches till you need them.
I wish I had gone to SEKI, in the eighties.
Colorado was a blast, but my hart is half California
Granit ,dam it!

To begin with how 's dolt's offspring , Doltspring? have we heard of late?
And great Caesars ghost
I was just able to remember with out stalking my own posts
That last I was
Self chastised for criticism against fundamentalism
When it was lightening!
Yes it happened to Philo
The most dreaded Form of , what some would say is the most dreaded out door mountain risk,
trapped, tied to the cliffs, dropping n00bs, not just noobs but family!, as rapidly as possible, in the face of growing
Thunderheads, When The worst happened,
there is smoke, the smell of burnt hair and no ability to move , or hear or focus to see . . . . .
Seeing that and adding just "Yikes"
and feeling that we all come here on the wings of the same rock gods,
I went away for what three four days?
Seems that it was a active time,a drive by by Klaus after his ow vindictive self-deletion,
Plus among other things ,
A fool of a good Yo Yo took aim at the thread of the obscure, and it was timed to coincide with
One of the main motivators, (and T Hocking mentor)
. JRig's Wedding!
Far worse than when
the hi, how's it going came in from "Evil
after Daisy had in that moment died,
and as crass as elbow hornet.
Scott Thelen has some
Auto correct warning , he has some bonefides, has climbed hard alpine routes for years and was granted his wish, and poof censorship in the form of removal of the pics!,
That seems weak all the way around then the schmuck ,Scott deleted all his spew about not spraying on the Internet .
More weak sauce!
See if I can scan the rock & ice is in. . .
Well blessings come in many forms o was able to roadside ,scores new washer dryer set ! I am glad I have a need and a place to put to such sized appliances, while I try to clear and wrestle out the old pair from the closet that is the laundry room
The Wife gets bad mad when I share too much of things so . . . .seems below was to say
Enough to say that we are muti blessed,
' ought aid we are multi- blessed an as in healthy and wise. Add in some things so wealthy are we in time it seems, as to draw fire from our supiriors. Ala Walling
I just saw what Xavier and I had shared, he would, get a kick out of a picture of thick thighed girls and his tanned hide all wrapped in the blessed valley.
This is why y'all have,'what's it book'!
So to share else where well, I do not and do not go there.
So when the fixers go fixing my wife's rig( computer ) they comment on what they do not find.
Nothing on the hard drive, regularly dumped everything, and a day to day history devoid of porn, I mean Facebook .

It is full of evocative shots of women I hope no one makes a thing about it[Click to View YouTube Video] with no apology I am still a real man in the view of all that I can see the estrogen is winning the sac up battle 'round the taco stand
While glad to see the sunrise and wanting t add tunes too
I have to wait. . .
Then again if you are up for now or for a bit before returning to snooze
Then as I said these are mostly duck and cover days for me.
Should find a no scrubb some hard line and put it up in the names of
As Bob Wier said
"And Leave it on!"
Also the Climbs
1) Chevy Nomad,
2)Pure, not Corner, #s1, 2, 3, & 4
3)Fourth Stack
Now do you recall some sort of thing I do not do but might just do just because,
well, that needs attention too.
Seems that iced my own rigg - no - I need my own rig,
That is computer , this is the kids better Tablet ,
Her 'Mac' is all but off limits. . .
Try and figure out what to get when one is anti- tech is hard
Does this screen shot basically say yeah or ney as to good for what I mainly do?
2 gigs of ram? Now I'm messing up with four gigs so that seems most what to consider
If I an dump all the crap that needs to go the storage is double, say the,'Chrome Book',
And many more seemingly exceptable Microsoft based platforms.
Also what I think I will work for is the Mac Pro, rigg and a hundred dollars of speakers & moniter.(sp)

Initially, the day looked good:
"Things" were looking up, General Lee.
Then I looked again
And it started to dim sum,
Like it does in Beijing.
The sun scum has come:
Has it come for good?
Ask John Updike, who wrote that poem.
And it's a good excuse not to climb.
As the Rev intoned at the base of King Tut's Twomb:
"We might get wet."
On the phone, to Fresno, thrice,
And to Palo Alto yesterday a few times,
My health probs just multiplied.
No ride. Same old tale.
I could go to Fresno, catch a 7:00 a.m.
(Departure daily, I think he said) to PA VA.
And back nearing dark, probably.
Depending.
Ostensibly.
Perhaps.
But from here to there? Nope.
I'd have to spend a night in Fresno,
Catch that bus,
Return there,
Return here next day late afternoon,
As best I can work it with these services,
And of course it's out of the question.
I suppose I could hitchhike,
Or take the long way round via SF on the bus,
Then down the peninsula, however I can,
On BART, or the bus.
Depending.
Ostensibly.
Maybe.
I'm gonna forget the hernia.
I'm gonna forget I have a heart prob.
I'm gonna go with Howlin' Wolf.
"Goin' Down Slow."
Ignore the probs and I'll go down faster
And it'll all be over sooner.
How the frick did a happy birthday
Turn into a wish for a sad thing like this, Lord?
You tell me.
It's in your hands.
I'm washing mine.
Unless...
Vern comes through like he's promised over & over to do.
And never did yet.
Gnome, we could howl together
Or we could howl separately.
The moon won't give a sh#t.
Not one whit of a sh#t.
So it's in the holy hands:
Mine have grown too numb to grip.
From sunshiny to gray or grey or greigh
In 45/100ths of a second.

Well, the ST's not to blame for my probs.
My projected proj is to find a way to deal.
Maybe Pito has some dyssolution? He has that kinda record.
On Closing the Last Chance Saloony Bin (State Hospital at Camarillo)
The truth according to Wiki.
Pete Wilson, then-governor of California, announced in January 1996 plans to close down the hospital by July 1997, citing low patient numbers and rising costs per patient.
Various members of the community, family members of patients, and employees of Camarillo made several last-ditch efforts to keep the hospital open, arguing in part that current patients were already accustomed to the facility and questioned where they would go.
Some tried to get mentally ill criminals placed in Camarillo in an effort to save it,
a proposal that had come up several times before,
but again community members were concerned of the risk of criminals escaping into the community.
Governor Wilson ended up standing his ground and the hospital closed down in late June 1997,
with the patients and research facilities moved to other locations.
Not likely.

It's all too crazy, loony, hard-to-believe, for a poor boy like me out in the sticks.
No sooner do I turn these blues over to the One Who Cares;
No sooner than that, but the prob looks much easier, like it will go.
I've missed my blood checks at the VA Clinic.
I was called by dear Suzanne from the Fresno Hospital to see why I'm not checking my Warfarin levels.
I explain and complain about transit...she's a friendly ear to bend.
I promised to go out there tomorrow.
She CALLS ME BACK ten minutes later, the time it took me to write the above post.
She fills me in on the DEAL, which is to call a guy at the VA Clinic here and tell him when my appointment is in PA.
He will arrange a ride, then, for me to get over to Los Banos on Hwy 152 where I will intercept the Fresno Daily Ride to PA Service.
Then I can return to Los Banos after and there should be a ride back to Merced.
I needed a travel agent and I got the best.
I recall he walked most places, rode an ass once or twice, had a spell in Egypt as a lad, and liked to sail out on the Sea of Galilee with his rowdy friends and laugh about that time in Cana at the wedding of a friend, among other things.
neebee, how about that?
Ya stand in there for Him, He sees it. He responds. Ya gotta have faith.
For Suzanne.[Click to View YouTube Video]
My brother, the Timid One, thank you! And of course, my "heart goes out" to you. Sadness sucks. Joy of the open road is a long time in the past...
I guess we're all travelin' blind.
And we never know for certain.
I sink before your advice like a rock thrown at the moon in the lake.

Who Gives a Fig
It figures there are two Figs.
Adam had one,
Eve the other.
Each came from the same father
But had a different mother
Adam being Eve's in a figurative sense
Figments of our imaginations
Prefigure what may be
What was and may be again
Back when Fig Tree John roamed
The fig-less wastes of Josh and Morongo
There was no shade worth mentioning
He corrected God's mistake for Him
Once, at high noon, stopping by a 7-11 for a Fig Newton
And a glass of iced tea,
I ran into a fellow who had made a fine figure of himself
He figured it was gonna rain real hard, he said
He also said I'm Phil and you can call me Friend or Brother as you choose
I'm heading into the shade of that fig tree for a little snooze
Wake me after the flood
He shook his head as he climbed into his bed beneath the leaves and he said
Figgy dowdy, but it's getting cloudy
It's gonna be another hard-won battle
But thunder always has the last word
