Ahh.. I just can't take it anymore...
I Just stopped and talked to a bunch of ObamaCare protesters... not one of them didn't have insurance, not one of them could even decide on what Socialism meant, one person literally said "We can't trust black people", another invited me to Church.... Seriously....

I'm sorry HWD but all of the points in the "list" that you made are also recent talking points with an equal amount of vaguery. If you want to appear insightful/thoughtful than perhaps you should be more specific instead of simply hitting the same old inauthentic highlights as the rest of the mob.

Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
Then 24yr old Barrack Obama learned a community organizer should "rub raw the sores of discontent". Basic Saul Alinsky teaching.

"Well, HD, I am sorry that my thoughts don't meet with your approval but they do, none-the-less, represent my viewpoints. I cannot be responsible for the degree to which others concur or disagree with me - nor can I be responsible for your sense of credibility regarding what I tell you. "
Hahah oh man. "It's not my fault if my vague, unreinforced, and uncited opinions about things seem hollow and unspecific to you...there's nothing I can do about that." Uh....except actually make specific points with perhaps some evidence or anything to actually talk about. As I said, if you want to simply not like Obama because you've decided to not like him then by all means that is your right. Just stop pretending there are rational reasons for it when you can't present rational reasons.
You can always prove me wrong by simply backing up your opinions with some concrete evidence and making some authentic points. The problem of course would be that for most of you guys (but perhaps not you personally) you'd find yourself criticizing things that you defended or at least ignored Bush doing.
Let me get you started: Obama has not allowed the Secret Service records of his day to day appointments become public knowledge. This was public information under every President until Bush, and Obama has continued the change in policy likely to protect himself politically. The records would no doubt be used against him in the right wing media, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be public as they once were. I think it's a reasonable expectation that we should know with whom and when our public officials are meeting with in an official capacity and many Congressman have begun making their daily schedules public. Obama has to an extent, but not to the amount I would like to see.
See how easy that was? True, verifiable and non-confrontational and you can disagree with me on my opinion of the matter, but you can't pretend that I'm just making sh#t up to suit my predetermined opinion.
P.s.- Gobee that is pretty funny.

The issue isn't the wackos at the extremes of the political spectrum. It is the radicalization and indoctrination happening closer to the center on both sides that is the scary part. The hyper polarization being forced on the people by the MSNBC/FOX wars is a f*cking travisty. Sanity isn't rewarded or promoted anywhere... and why? To sell advertising so Bill Gates (MSN) and Rupert Murdoch (Fox) can make a couple bucks. The whole thing is f*ckin broken. The talking heads who are up there convincing everyone that anyone with a slightly different opinion is any enemy who must be crushed are the face of evil.

Weschrist, good post.
The right wing nutz try hard to play up the vitriol of Obama's pastor like he is a dangerous firebrand. Yet here we have a real whack nut essentially inciting his congregation to kill a president. Where is the condemnation from WeirdLois or SUAP or any other of the resident whack jobs on ST?

My other favorite whack job belief:
The government can't fix anything...
Except abortion! They need to fix that!
Abortion is a societal issue, the government will never be the answer to removing it from our society... ever. Legality isn't the issue.

Republicans are so wrong on everything because:
1. They are self absorbed and the facts just don't matter.
(ask Rupert Murdoch)
2. They are gullible and will believe the likes of Glen Beck
and Rush Limbaugh who spout fearmongering propaganda that
frankly has no basis in fact.
3. Many of them actually believe that the billionaire boys club
is going to open their door and just let anyone become so
wealthy that tax cuts for the rich will help them, too.
4. They forgot to change centuries! 109 years ago!

ROGER SIMON: America Goes to Washington: I Was Wrong About The Tea Party Movement.
“Boy, was I wrong. I can remember telling Glenn Reynolds during CPAC that these Tea Party demonstrations were rinky-dink and going nowhere. Barely more than a half-year later, they’re putting two million people on the Washington Mall. Wow! If I were Obama & Co., I’d be afraid, I’d be very afraid. . . . Rahm Emanuel and David Axelrod are going to be looking at each other like nervous apparatchiks in the Politburo because someone is going to have take the bullet for the disaster they have wrought. Emanuel is looking like a particular dummy right now for opening his mouth about not missing a good crisis.”

The TEA party movement has just begun. Just six months after it started, we see millions of people -- WITH JOBS, AND NOT BUSSED IN -- showing up to protest the socialist state that is being created by Obama and Co.
Get ready libs -- because we are.

I absolutely LOVED watching that CNN reporter trying to interview the crowd at the TEA party protest in D.C. Here is this little CNN Obama lover amidst real Americans, who cannot stand Obama, and she asks the crowd, "What do you think of Joe Wilson?" -- the crowd cheers insanely. You watch the look on her face -- sadness. Classic.

Best sign I saw at the protest:
ORGANIZE, PROTEST, REVOLT.
STOP THE SOCIALIST STATE!
Biggest difference between a TEA party protest and liberal protest? TEA partiers have JOBS!

Hey SUP, Pastor Steven Anderson is looking for more limpos for his congregation. You would fit right in. Front and center with all the other mouth breathers. Froth on little man, froth on.
