They've been cast aside by the elite of this country Perhaps so, but that doesn't explain their devotion to Trump.
The Republicans gave a $17 billion tax cut to billionaires. Then the Republicans said that the tax cut didn't pay for itself, so they were going to have to cut the safety net of the poor - Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security - to make up the loss. Now the Republican lame-duck congress is trying to push through more tax cuts for billionaires before the Dems gain more influence.
And the poor, stupid Trump fans are ecstatic about all of this! Their messiah is pounding them with a giant XL blue butt plug, and they're loving it. If the poor and stupid had a beef with the "elite" then they'd be marching on the White House with all of their guns.

Here in WV the Trump voters overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment that revokes a woman's constitutional right to abortion, and the legislators are now introducing bills that deny the right to abortion under ANY circumstances.
To protect the fetus, or course.

I love Trump....He wants to cut Social Security ( reitrement funds ) and medicare so that the billionaires can maintain a much deserved tax cut...If the billionaires get tax breaks they'll create more jobs ( off shore ) and keep me employed..I love Trump...MAGA..
