complain? Um... No. Who's picking her up and bringing her to SushiFest?
And yeah, what Nef said. That pretty much made my day.

Yes, L, Beautiful girl.
Beatrix - As in San Rafael Swell? I love the swell. Such an awesome place. Am hoping to do a raft trip down the San Juan River this year.
Please, no resizing. Just this once... =)

I was just happy that the helmet was not crooked for a change.
Thanks for the compliments. :-)
And yes Nef, I agree, the Swell is amazing. I had only climbed on the North side until this last trip. I didn't realize how tall some of those slabs were!!! I'm heading back this month and then back again later in the Spring to do a slot canyon. Not sure which one yet.

Beatrix--You might want to post a couple more photos of you climbing...you're certainly making these guys' dreams come true this morning!
Nature, no playing with knives while viewing Beatrix...you'll be a 3-fingered sushi chef before you know it!

"heading back this month and then back again later in the Spring to do a slot canyon. Not sure which one yet."
Might I suggest Little Wildhorse Canyon? When I'm not climbing, odds are I'm in Utah or AZ (usually Utah) cruising slot canyons, or canyons in general. Shooting photos, checking out ruins, etc.
More can be seen at www.randywenzel.com - The Southwest 2 gallery, I believe.

Chiloe. . .it was a fun route and for me it was worth the drive but only because I have a fondness for long, easy - moderate routes. We only got 1 day of climbing in due to the rain though but it's just a pleasure being in that area even. BUT, there is a plethora of longish routes out there and many cracks on the North side of the Swell as well. I'm a poet! The rain day was nice because I normally don’t have the opportunity to explore a climbing area like that.
You guys are fun. :-)

Thanx, Beatrix.
Is it just my system/connection, or is this thread starting to get kinda tweaky? We're almost to 700, on a single thread after all....

Nefarius--Man! Those are some beeeeeeeeeautiful photos!!!!
I've been doing slot canyons over the last couple of years, too. Have you done the Subway in Zion yet? Friggin' incredible! How about Fat Man's Misery? And then there was Oak Creek...we all almost died on that one. And the MIA exit almost killed the whole group again. I'm not kidding you! (Well, let's just say I would choose death before doing it again...)

Beatrix, why will you not be at SushiFest IV:XX '07?
Don't tell me... I know! Your BF/Hubby/Partner doesn't like sushi!
Nef - yeah, what L said.
L - I put the knives down just in time.

Hey, thanx a bunch guys. Seriously.
I've done Subway, heading back this fall for Subway and a couple of walls in Zion. Fat Man's Misery? Haven't done that one, nor heard of it. I'll have to look it up. Slot canyons are just incredible. And, as L said, they *can* be dangerous.
OK... I'm about to cave now. Is it too late to get in on SushiFest, Nature?
