Yo Zip,
I'll be in J Tree for Turkey day. Remember the sushi fest?

I am just up early to get ready for the day... I'm sneaking in a load of laundry and packing up my stuff for tonight's party. Hopefully I can share some pictures of that party later! (My friends are famous for their over the top parties!)
Smiles,
AF

No Zip, your ass makes your ass look big!
I'll be in JTree with a big Cal group. We should definitely climb during the week. I'm taking the whole week off. We may road trip part of it though. My gf wants to maybe hit the East side or else Death Valley.

hey there zip... say, it is 6:24pm, mich time.. i need to go to sleep, i got through the day with the not-the-four-hours, but 2 1/2!!!... and i raked a huge yard, too, for the boss lady...
so i really DO have to sleep...
say, zip:
as to your quote:
"when do i start feeling good about my weight loss" (or something like that)...
well, zip... usually after you "break through the sound barrier" (not sure i spelled that right)...
once you break past the "sounds of food calling your name"---you will soar in free open space then.... and actually feel good...
*until then, hug the trail hard, and find new things that you really like, either to eat, or to do----when folks are happy, and secure in what they do, they can hold the weight-stabilty-trail a lot better....
god bless and keep up the good work...
say, wayyyyyyyyyy back in the 70's when i broke through the sound barrier, and hit the "wild blue yonder of freedom from junk foods", i SKIDDED and nose-dived so many times on certain foods ( and those only)---- times when i was sad, lonely, or bored... once i got the clues and the battle plans to counter-punch it all:
i enjoyed it.... :) :) :)
* i had "after the baby" weight to loose, too, so it was good timing to shake free of "weight gaining foods"...

neebee,
thx for the advice.
well, my question has been answered. there are people on this site 24 hours a day. i was on for 18 of those hours.
survey closed.
it is halloween, and i live at the beach. i have to go reset my sprinkler timers to keep drunks from having sex in my front yard.

I think you could have got your inquiry solved in a much easier way......but I guess I like your style. Kind of weird......
