This morning's weigh in was 159.5, dowm 15 from start. I tried to get serious with a 20 mile bike ride, yesterday, and climbing ElCap in a day with Melissa today (well, 36 gym pitches, all but two crack, in PGSF) celebratory Vietnamese dinner didn't seem to help the bottom line. I seemed to have plateaued @160-162 for the last week or so.

Jaybro...I didn't realize you were diet-challenging. (Diet-challenged?) You should have weighed in at the gym! If I'd have known you were $50 ahead, I'd have offered to have you buy me dinner. ;-)

it appears as though there might be something wrong with my scale. i thought that i lost about 50 pounds. but i guess i only lost 6.
when i started this weight loss thing, i was at 191. i am now at 173, and still losing on the path to 165.
i guess i owe someone 30 bux.

Jaybro, Will pro got braces on his teeth like I did. Almost impossible to eat when said eating causes severe pain. Glad orthodontists don't charge extra for their weight loss program. : D
