For the record: Melissa is not that nice.

Additionally, I have personally witnessed Melissa bushwacking, drinking, complaining (well, not really), and hanging out at crags with nothing harder than 5.8. All in the same day.

Just goes to show, Michelle, she is far more accomplished than most of us would imagine. One must be careful not to underestimate her prowess at those activities so central to the valley climbing ethic.

As far as violence towards PtPP goes, well, if he catches her on a good day his moniker will change to "Pass the Penis Parts Pete". Can't imagine if he catches her on a bad day. Shudder. ;)

I Eli M. Hughes 'aka TheMaestro' must agree that this is one of the funniest threads posted here on SuperTocos. Not because it is about me, rather that it is shear lunacy the responses that it created.

As I have previously stated, I do flame other people on this site. Some people I flame I know to be climbers, others I know to be poser climbers. Regardless though, I feel that all true climbers are very strong minded and willed individuals. Which is why there is so much bickering that occurs here. Is it bad? I don't think so. I am sure most find it all somewhat amusing. However, there are some issues that have been raised here which require some thought. I am not refering to the political threads, but I am refering to issues related to the ethics of climbing and how we choose to climb.

I admit that I do get pleasure from some of what I write because I know it will illicit a response from those who I direct it towards perhaps I am a fool for doing so, but atleast I am honest to admit it.

So, for donny, kohl, flash, and ptpp, hopefully we can all see each other in court next summer. I choose the valley to be our court room and then we can hash all this sh*t out. Two of you I know will be there and the other two wont. They will be reading their stupid climbing mags working on their boulder problems.

So there you have it pete and eric. Be the men you say you want to be and not the chump stains you make yourselves to be.

Why is it that after almost 2 months, you have not taken the action you threatened when I called your bluff Pete ??? I have many assets, and if what I am saying is untrue, then you would have an open and shut case, and could profit hansomley, and at the same time stick it to me. But alas... As I stated in the above linked thread, you would never take this to court.

Since you say, privately, that I am full of sh!t, but have NEVER addressed a single issue publically that I have raised to you directly regarding any of this (see above thread), but instead replaced your hard drive a couple weeks ago [go figure] (do I need to link to the thread where you refer to changing out your hard drive?)... How about this ??? I know some people who would be very interested in obtaining your hard drive, and since you don't need it any more, and maintain, privately, that I am full of sh!t, why not prove me wrong once and for all publically ??? I don't even want to be directly involved, and I will pay the cost for you to send it to Jody COD, and I will contact him with the info on what agency to contact. Since I am not high on his "favorite peoples' list", he can be viewed as an impartial person in regards to this. See, I trust that Jody's job in Law Enforcement will preclude him from allowing any evidence to be tampered with (hence the reason why I am not directly involved in it going to the authorities), and I also trust that he would not divulge any information that could obstruct any investigation... Hell, my previous post caused you to change out your hard drive, as you aren't stupid, so not gonna get anymore info out of me that would enable you to cover any tracks further. But let me guess... You accidently ran over your old hard drive with a large magnetic wheel, then accidently dropped it in Lake Ontario, right ??? Please prove me wrong and offer up your hard drive, at my cost, as why would you not want to prove me wrong Pete ???

(Note... Jody, if you are unhappy that I volunteered you for this, I am sorry, and will find another person, but you are the best choice for a myriad of reasons, as this could be very "life changing" for Pete.)

Maybe now that you have destroyed some of the evidence by replacing your hard drive, your balls may be larger and you might be willing to take me up on my challange to you. GREAT !!! May I suggest you contact Richard (drkodos), as I believe he is an attorney, and since I am also on his sh!t list, what better way for the both of you to stick it to me, by holding me to my words in a cort of law by suing me... Think about it, you two could bring about my finacial ruin, as well as pulically stick it to me. Since you have destroyed the hard drive, you have nothing to worry about, right ??? We both know you didn't send any links to kiddie porn to anyone else, right [wink] ??? And even if you did, they would be more than willing to perjure themselves when subpoenaed to cover for you, right [wink] ???

Richard, I'm sure you'll read this, so PLEASE talk him into taking this to court... You can make a hefty sum and stick it to me.

Ask yourself, "If any of this is true, and he is now aware that I have gone to the athourities due to my above linked post, would it not make sense that he get rid of his hard drive ???" My post alone tipped him off that the authorities have been contacted, and he is acting accordingly to get rid of what evidence he can... He knows me, and he knows I am not lying, in regards to either my actions, nor his... Can't blame him for getting rid of the disc drive, gotta blame my big mouth for that. Also ask yourself, if this is ture, what is more important... Him going to jail for it, or proving it to your liking on the net for the purpose of drama, but allowing him to destroy/obstruct even more in making any details public ??? Ask yourself, if this is true, his getting rid of the hard drive makes it harder to put him in jail, as that would be the easiest nail in his coffin, right ??? Honestly, I regret even posting my initial details of what happened, and that I contacted the authorities, as this has spurred him to get rid of the hard drive. I would gladly have continued to have taken a public beating in return for him not to get rid of the hard drive, as that one item alone is the simplest way to convict him. Think about it.

Side notes...

I laughed when I read about how you posted about how C-Mac should ban people from st.com, as I seem to remember you saying that nobody should ever be banned, and that we (rc.com) were sacless for doing so when Stu was banned a couple years ago ( I can provide the link to your replies), as he was your ally. Same with Lox, as those who gave your detractors a hard time were good in your book, and you were quick to encourage them, and even give them ammo... They became good little "tools" for you to use. Just as you think Richard is the best thing since sliced bread, as it takes the heat off you, and he happens to try to discredit those you don't like. Point is... You want those who are on your side to have a LOUD voice, but those who are not to be silenced, ridiculed, and/or discredited. Just like when you were on rc.com, I am sure that you are/were the most prolific lobbier to C-Mac for deleting, moderating, and editing posts in which you the one on the bottom... But when you are on top, and it is others such as myself or any other "distractors" who are on the bottom, you want it to stay, encourage your friends to pile on, and even "bump" threads to keep them on top. Does anyone actually not see this ??? If not, then watch as all of a sudden many old threads get replies to bump them up, and push this one to the bottom without not even a reply from him regarding anything I have said [wink]. Ever notice when he can make someone attacking him look stupid, he doesn't hesitate ??? He sure beat the IP addresses, multiple IDs, other climbers, and even dividing the site into seperate forums to death, but never even once replied to my direct questions posed to him in the above linked thread. He was even quick to post all kinds of crap about me in one of those same threads, but then disappeared when I replied with details. Go figure. What action will Pete take ??? That's easy... 1)Send an email to C-Mac asking that this post be deleted, moderated, or edited, and that I be banned to protect his "good name". 2)Email his "tools" to help him out; they'll believe anything. 3)Email those he'd also sent the kiddie-porn links to and ask them if they know me and/or told me that they'd gotten them also, and if they'll lie when subpoenaed, or at least plead the 5th. 4)Dread the time this is on the first 2 pages of this site. Thank god I'm not Pete, or I'd be bumping all the threads that rip him apart and call attention to this... Hell, he'd have created another thread with all the details compiled into it, with a better title to draw more attention to it, just as he had done on rc.com for years... I can care less, and I'm sure he's glad that at least all this is discussed in a thread entitled: "Attn: "TheMaestro", I'll see you in court." posted by another user, as it will get much less attention that way.

And I only have one ID here at st.com, and one at rc.com... I had however created another one years ago when PTPP was flogged by the users of the site to use to inject a bit of humor... That was 'dr_piton', and I even PMd Pete with it telling him it was me, and he thought it was brilliant humor.

Now feel free to flame away, as you should be able to tell by the amount of posts/replies I have made here, I have become very apathetic regarding all the drama, so I don't read it daily (or hourly as the current drama queens do)... Do a little research and you'll find that I haven't run much on rc.com in a year or so, and have not even been an Admin for months. I have a new son now, so my priorites have changed a bit, and internet drama is pretty near the bottom of the list, so I don't even get drawn into the drama over there much anymore either... I just have have the desire nor the time to care for it much anymore. Pete Zabrok being a pedophile and a predator still matters to me though, and I will do my best to see that he goes to jail as a result. Most know the truth about me, and even many here on this site who know me IRL, and those who are into stirring the pot don't care about the truth, so any reply would be stupid, as all they wanna do is sling mud, not truth, as truth and reason do not make for good drama.

Food for thought...
Just think about it... 20 years from now, some of our own offspring will google our names (how many of us have done this with our parents to see what is there?) and find that some of us were just 40 something jerks whose ego's were so fragile that we just had to show our asses where ever we went, as we could never be wrong. They will conclude that some of us were just RAVING LUNATICS, and will certainly be proud.
