Well a few days ago I was within 4 ounces of making weight. Today, however, not so lucky. No extreme dieting or exercise is in the plan but I may be off the solid food for the next 38 hours.
Wish me luck!
How's everyone else doing? Final weigh outs can come in as late as 11:59pm on 10/10/07.

I'm wrapping myself in Saran Wrap and hiking Camelback until I collapse (OK I probably won't even get to the trailhead, but baking in the sun in Saran Wrap should be good for a couple of pounds.)
And how is a liquid diet not EXTREME?

As of last night I was only down 8. But I blame my wife for making Apple pie on the weekend (12 apples in one pie...). I hope I can burn it off working my butt off today and tomorrow, but in all likelyhood I'll be paying 10 or 20.

Looks like I'll be a pound short of the pay-off penalty, but I'm happy to fork it over as I'm fitter than I have been in quite some time.

Jenn and I took Tom out to dinner last night for his birthday.
He pigged out. Says he'll come up a couple of pounds short.
I want my cut.

Today's the day. Thank God, I'm ready for a snack! Oh wait maybe that's my problem.
Over the last month I can blame my lack of degression on but not limited to; In-n-out burger, post season ballgame, mexican food, icecream and 1 rum foo-foo.
Personally, I'm sticking with it today in hopes that after I run Nora up to the dog park I can shed the last pound. I've got just about 12 hours to make the magic happen.
Status of right now.
Russ - Winner - 10.5 down
Susan - Likely - loser 9 down
Fletch - Loser - 4.5 down (really 13 but they don't all count)
Tommy - Loser - unknown (will weigh out in pm)
Moof -
Riley -
Handcrack - Loser - down 9
Mini Skirt - Loser - down 8
French -
Debora
Based on previous emails I'm pretty sure that Riley & French both hit their goals but I need confirmation.

Right now it's only down 8, hope I can make up some of that at the gym tonight. I might be pushing the deadline pretty hard to minimize the damage.

Prediction: Mussy, Riley & Frenchie in the winners circle splitting an estimated pot of $185 or so.
They should each bring in over $60.00.
I just had a cheese & chicken quesadillas.... how do you think that effects my chances of dropping the last pound in the next 10 1/2 hours?

I keep swinging wildly between 143 and 147.
Shuda' got in on this thing to learn the ropes.
Still, my max on-sight tops out at 5.8 plus.
