My Doctoral Thesis was about horizontal gene transfer and host immune suppression. The people who were most interested were those who are attacking us. You seem to be their advocate. Sorry it is the wrong thread. But theyre all tied together now.

And FYI, as a protege of two National Security Advisors to Presidents Bush and Clinton who advised on matters of biological warfare, Ive seen the recon photos, the testimonials of foreign defectors and post docs who worked for chemical Ali. There were 78 defectors from Saddams program who sought asylum in the US. And they told us what Haaaaaj has planned for us. Be loyal to the USA or leave!

I heard back from Idaho Representative Labrador today on an email I had sent him expressing my concern that he was not representing the strong interests of most Idahoans to keep our current access to OUR public lands.
He didn't quite say "Fuk-You," but I think the message is the same.
Thank you for contacting me about public lands. I appreciate hearing your thoughts and concerns on this important issue.
In a 2002 internal report, "The Process Predicament," the U.S. Forest Service said: "The Forest Service is so busy meeting procedural requirements, such as preparing voluminous plans, studies, and associated documentation, that it has trouble fulfilling its historic mission to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of the nation's forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations." In the time since this report was issued, nothing has changed.
Federal mismanagement has contributed to a decrease in timber harvests and a rise in catastrophic wildfire. Since 1990, more than 400 timber mills have closed resulting in 35,000 jobs lost, including many in Idaho's 1st Congressional District. Meanwhile, the west continues to suffer from scorched acres, damaged grazing lands, burned homes, and harm to habitat valuable to wildlife and recreation.
Forest Service officials are frustrated by red tape that leaves good timber to rot and burn. After 30 years of dysfunction, now solutions, including that local management can improve forest health and rural economies, are long overdue. I look forward to reviewing all public land management proposals that promote good management practices and ensure access to public land for hunters and recreationists in Idaho. I will be sure to keep your thoughts and concerns in mind as the Natural Resources Committee debates bills related to public lands.
Thank you for your opinion on this important matter. For help with a government agency, please visit my "Constituent Services" webpage or call my Meridian office at (208) 888-3188. As your elected representative, my staff and I are here to help. It is an honor to serve you in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Sincerely,
Raśl Labrador
Member of Congress
1st District, Idaho
In red states like Idaho, it's time for climbers, kayakers, & backpackers to take a deep breath & firmly align ourselves with hunters, fishers, horse-folk, ATV, dirt-bike, & snowmobile riders, rockhounds, & car-campers.
Anyone that enjoys our current access to public lands should now be our ally, because:
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

Seriously. Did I ever tell you about my double top secret position in the Justice Dept. where we did the following...
Also, what about that letter from Fritz's congressman where he complains about "good timber left to rot". Those are called trees, and they don't rot until they fall over, in which case they're no longer trees.

Reilly: Here's a brief bio of our wackado rep. Labrador.
To sum up: he is a Puerto Rican, Mormon, immigration lawyer, who moved to Idaho to further blight our already blighted right-wing politics.
Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, Labrador relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, as a child and graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1985. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and spent two years as a Mormon missionary in Chile, from 1987 to 1989. Labrador returned to BYU and received a B.A. in 1992, in Spanish with an emphasis in Latin American literature. He was admitted to the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and received his J.D. in 1995.[2]
Married in 1991, Labrador relocated to his wife's home state of Idaho and practiced law and immigration law in private practice from 1995 until his election to the Idaho House of Representatives in 2006.[3][4]

Draft Escalante Resource Management Plan and EIS.
Hint: Trump BLM Preferred Alternative is to let 'er rip. Fuxed anchors for all, at least until they tear off that cumbersome Jurassic overburden to get at the rich tar sands underneath. Tarsands are the future, I hear.
Alberta tarsands
I'd say Alberta got a great trade: get rid of that cumbersome scenery and y'know, living stuff, and help some poor megacorps churn a buck. And they even got the added bene of dramatically more carcinogens in their water and air!
