Take a long walk in the mountains...221 miles should do nicely.

Yesterday was my last day of work after I quit. I tried to sleep in today. Didn't work.

Only a Sith deals in absolutes!
I have gone through various times in my life where I didn't climb as much, and sometimes with long stretches without climbing at all (like right now for example). Injury has a way of doing that:
Regardless, go with the flow and don't force yourself because somehow you have tied your identity to a certain activity. Go fishing, paint a picture, play golf, set up a fish tank, brew beer, put around the house, read a book, get caught up on public policy / politics, or show your loved ones you care.
So many things to do in life beyond climbing! It will always be there for you when you feel itch.
