IF the run on kale was illogical I would agree that it is a fad. But if you look at the nutritional content of kale you will be convinced that it is the most under-rated vegetable. It is loaded with nutrients. Would suck to see it go the way of the almond.

Almost enough to make me dig up the email addresses of some of my Econ profs. Why, when there is a surplus of almonds, does the price continue to go up?
