I got pulled over once when I was dating (and climbing with) a Mormon chick. The cop axed if we had any drugs and I turned to her and said "you didn't bring your pot did you?" Christ that was funny!

I guess searching the car for weed in Colorado is pretty much a thing of the past. Wonder if they do search and find weed if they will then assume you are impaired and require a blood screen. I guess it will all play out in real time.

You know all this stuff about a blood test is complete bogus. I worked as a lab technician in a toxicology lab a few years back when I graduated from college. We would get blood samples for this charge all the time. Police would call me for the results and I would say positive. The next question is "how high were they?" My reply was they may not have been high at all. Then they would ask what the number was (we used a radiactive marker). I would reply 47,327. Next question is "Is that a high number?" I simply say to them that if its below 15,000 its negative, above its positive. I go on to explain to them that there is no scientific correlation between the number and if they were high. Positive or negative. And that is all I can offer you if you asked me to testify on your behalf. A urine test would be no different than the blood test scientifically.
They would then ask for my supervisor who is a PHD in this field and the owner of the lab and he would be heard saying the same thing maybe 5 ft away from me.

I know a chick who works in a bleeding edge lab developing tests for drugs. From what I gather, they ain't got sh#t.
She also said "marijuana made the "Bath Salt" guy eat that homeless man's face off." Sure, the dude had marijuana in his system... but nobody I know has ever eaten a face while stoned.

As a resident of Nederland,CO, I can say that pot laws are pretty lax. However, the fed has yet to make a rule.

Evel- The Fed don't want to stop people from smoking Pot... they just want to walk in and collect the store's cash. At least that's what they do here in CA. No criminal charges... Just take the cash and pot and leave. It's a good business decision on their part.... snakes.

Boy- Colorado has come a long way since 1989 when I got pulled over for no reason, hauled out of my car, had to stand in a snow-storm for 15 minutes with no jacket while 3 cops tore my car to pieces.. they never asked permission.. just did it BTW. I suspect I was singled out because of a Grateful Dead sticker on the bumper. I don't smoke weed.. never did, so all that was just a fruitless exercise in citizens rights violation. I got pulled over a second time in CO on the return swing of the same trip. No tickets were issued either stop.
Those cops probably moved to Utah after legalization now that CO got all soft and liberal.

Oh I am sure it exists. I bet finding your strain could be as simple as doing a Craigslist search in Colorado.

Werd Tarzan! I'm the guy who has to hand back a half burnt bowl most of the time. Otherwise I'd just sit there drooling on myself while everyone else climbs.

Lots of work have gone into those genetics. Basically a matter of economics, they've been optimized for indoor production. CO is still regulating it by the number of plants / amount of mj material, so people will keep within the limits and stronger pot means less trips to the pot hospital every day.

With all due respect to Tarzan (who I like), screw this fellowship of the joint stuff. The sixties ended some time ago I do believe. You don't see people at a bar passing a glass of beer up and down the line do you?
I don't want to be wrapping my lips around something that just picked up a hundred thousand microbes from Joe-whats-his-face.
I guess I've always been particular about who puts their lips on my pipe,..
What was the question again?
