Right - that's the one. It was sweet patina boiler plate.

mick said that it got that name because he came home and his little one found that their dog had killed a pet bird or something.

I miss Bishop climbing.

Yeah... Marty Lewis has this dog called Blue.... Marty goes to Micks house to chat about guide books and stuff... Blue dog jumps out of the car window and kills a Silky Chicken... family pet and friend of young Xavier, Micks kid. Xavier is probably like two when this happens, and all he keeps saying is "chick dead... dog killed it". Then they had a proper burial as Mick is a fake Vicar and Xav kept trying to put the poor chickens mate (which is still alive) in the grave with the dead one. Kick ASSSSS™™™™™

Yup, it's Galen on the Apron, around left on something, from some trip with Connie Tobia. That's North Dome lost in the overexposure on the right. I had to do a trial run with the new slide/film scanner

Pfft, you don't get it, I like the slabby stuff, but here's (distant) girl boobs on the same route: Constance Ann Tobia tuning that big E string on her cello.

you have to live in a place like flag, where EVERYTHING is 40 - 180 degrees overhung, to truly appreciate how frikkin great the apron is.

but i'm still stumped on the route....

So, consultation suggests that the slab route is Ephemeral Clogdance, at least for pics 1 and 3, though shot 2, looking up, is probably something different. I'd completely forgotten we did that route, I'm thinking with sand here.

Hey Mussy,

Did anyone ever scan that sweet illystrated story by Xav about Mick kippin on his back with a pack of smokes at 10 in the morning while the rest of the family were out being captains of industry? That was sweet action. Someone shoulda stolen that thing. Would make a righteous post this thread.

Off White, it ain't Ephemeral Clogdance, that's on a pillar kind of thing next to the Token. I say #1 & 2 look like Perfect Master. #3 is farther up the hill (see the hikers coming up), I think it looks a lot like Sailin' Shoes, with the climber at the .10d undercling crux...
