So I haven't seen a reply from Donald or LEB in anything other than the Chalk Snorting variety. Can we just have them removed the forum as a favor to all ACTUAL climbers?

As far as I can tell, the main thing stopping delivery is the folks who blew into congress 2 years into Obama's term because the public doesn't understand the time lag associated with economic policies.
Obama: "Simple up/down vote in 90 days"
That's right, when you block something that will help this country when you are in elected office, you should be on the record and held accountable for it.
Folks who build arguments about him doing nothing are offensively insulting to the intelligence of everyone else.
One thing I would like to see Obama take a public and hard stand against, is campaign funding and the Supreme Court decision regarding Citizens United and campaign funding:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizens_United_v._Federal_Election_Commission
I don't think that will ever happen.
Edit: I was wrong; Obama did talk about it at the time and in the 2010 State of the Union speech:

I just rewatched the SotU video and have too admit, the evil that is apparent based upon who sat and who stood should have made it clear to anyone watching. Every time Obama proposed something that would benefit everyone the Republicans sat with their arms folded and frowned.
What does that tell you?

Nope. Political disputes should NEVER come between doing what is best for the country not the rich few. The Republicans have cast their vote for the later. It has nothing to do with political dispute. They are actively campaigning and literally and figuratively banking on the failure of America to line their profits.
F*#k them and f*#k you too if you support that type of behavior.

I was kind of hoping for a "State of Tiffany's" response from the republicans given as they act as a realistic and canary-like indicator of our overall economic health and future.

The Republican response:
“We must always be a nation of haves and soon to haves.”
Translation: We must always be a nation of the rich and those we have fooled into thinking they will all be rich one day too as long as they vote for us and we keep policies in place that actually help keep them from getting rich.
How is it possible that everyone will be rich? How does ANYONE buy that B.S.? Never-mind, I know how lots of people believe the unbelievable if it feeds into their self centered delusional view of reality.
I"m not a fan of the dems, but they went somewhat left over the last 20 years, while the Repubs took several large steps to the bat-shit crazy right. They openly rail against moderates and compromise, which is what we should be striving for.
