You and me both. Though I'm gettin' on too, I'm one day
going to climb it--don't forget Tom Frost went back to
climb the Salathe when in his 70's or 80's. . .

FWIW, I thought BOS on Notch Peak was a unique and very cool adventure climb. A long approach, heads up climbing a unique and remote setting all combine for a full experience. Having said that, I do remember my knuckles were sore from testing so many suspect holds, but the cold beer at the end of the day tasted extra good! :-)

Grabbing hold of some warm sunny Tennessee sandstone next week is gonna feel really good. After a year on the damn bike and two months in the parking lot here selling Christmas trees, I'll just be happy to be out and about.

Sacred Cow though....that thing is sweet!

Although I may take you up on that offer, Hankster, and you make some very compelling points, Philo, I think I'm changing my vote to Nameless Tower in the Trango Towers. When you're forgetful like me, you get to experience falling in love all over again a lot...that's how I felt looking at those Trango Towers pictures.

Yes, I have a list. It's strange though...I feel like if I tell others about it, I'll somehow jinx my chances of success... But I have a plan, and a timetable. Here's the first stop: (cell-phone photo taken on the first recon)

Grand Wall, maybe, this year? Resolution Arete? There are many.

Something long, fun, and that doesn't hurt so bad the rest of my vacation (or month of employed existence) is ruined.

If we are talking just dreaming then it would be lotus flower tower. No idea how to even get to that thing but it is such a strikeing piece of stone with those twin cracks going on forever that I have had dreams about it.

I have done the two major lines on the right side of this photo. Led The Last Gent several times and followed Le Promenade once which was enough! that pillar on P2 is Spooky! Whoes Who is the skinny line straight up the middlw just right of the cave. You can see the upper pitches of stormy Monday up left of the china Shop cave,
