That's only the second time I've ever seen anyone lead the Right V.

Yo. I cannot pass up an opportunity like that for a bit of spray...

Bill Price leading it in 1982. He hasn't placed any pro yet, or tied his shoes!

(Walt Voice) Laps Dick, Really?
I got outvoted,so we didn't go there, on the best day of the trip for it.

Notice in young Fluoride's fotos, that' I'm wearing a softshell, and Young Mike is in full fleece drag. hats off to the guy who got the rope up there for us; chilly Cho! It was frikin' cold!

Pix to follow, I'm unwinding now from a six hundred mile monday drive....

That drive IS!, a killer. We cut it almost in half by driving on Monday, instead of Sunday after t-day!

Though I gotta say, in my old age age, I've slowed down, and I'm only getting the use out of half my speedometer...

maybe just over half....

Blitzo, love the Celebration! Went through a 12-pack of that stuff over the weekend (actually had 3 left for last night).

How come beer and booze is so much cheaper out in the sand?

Great to see you again, Billy - ran into Sonya at the Shop, and will proboably be hangin' out in your neighborhood soon.

Save a nice swilly for me! ;*)

Oh jeez, I downloaded my iphone and realize I took lots of pictures with someone else's camera!

Here's Sid and Yoshi, who treated me like a Princess (it was an experiment to see if I have any Princess in me... result: not much)
and an interesting corner climb we did on Sunday, Yoshi led it beautifully.
And, Jay, I am glad I didn't see you shooting your speedometer with your phone. So glad you drove so fast, though, I got to work with time to spare!

Daphne, that's False Classic Corner, if I'm not mistaken. Classic Corner is just to the right in the next dihedral. Both are fun, and with blocks overhanging the top left of both, and them side by side, easy to see how the "false" thing happened on those.

Whereas some of the other "false" routes would be hard to mistake for the real...i.e. false Smooth as Silk.

Hey Will! Thanks for the route name. I don't own a guide for jtree and always forget what the route is named. I led Classic Corner and Yosh led False Classic Corner. I thought the descent took twice as long as each route and was harder!

Nice TR All !!! Was out on the two weekends surrounding TGD. Fun to climb with The Mayor Gordo, Ron G., Wendell, and a new friend of Todd's....Dave. As usual the climbs were way easier than the approaches....:D. Fun to hang with Eppie, Tucker and Bridwell. Had a nice evening with many of the above including rlf, Flouride and Steve.

Had to finally leave this week when the eggs I was cooking for breakfast froze to the frying pan.....yikes, but true.
