hey there,say, chiloe.... oh my... folks have kept in touch pretty good over there... say, i was kind of curious, too, if you-all were near "same" climbing areas, too, and maybe knew each other from same climbs... :)

The main benefit from Vicodan comes the wonderful side effect of being unable to $hit. Even though I was not comfortable in the hospital, it was that side effect that made me opt for pain over constipation.

So, what's the four years out outcome / recovery of this? I just came over from the link on urban bike rant.
Recovering myself tom a rcnt faceopening injury, and sensative to this stuff.

full recovery, physically, Jaybro -- thanks for asking. I listened to everything the PT folks said. the horror stories about losing shoulder mobility kept me super motivated.
psychologically, while on a bike, is a whole different story. near misses scare the heck out of me, now.
so heal up, yourself, and have a blast today on your ride n climb!

I think as the missed and hits accumulate over time, getting on a bike to commute gets harder. At least - it has for me. Glad you recovered 100%.
