i was wrestling this scented candle the other night,
literally wrolling on the floor trying to get the sucker out.
the wick was like an inch long, and hot wax poured down my arm into my sleeve and muddied all up my armpit hair. fuking irritating.
it would not go out. i pinched it between thumb and acusation finger till both were horribly blistered. i jumped up and down on it but the glass encasement held defense. i dumped some pabst on it but it would not diminish or extinguish.
it seemed like it was winking at me, laughing at my frolicking attempts at dominion.
so i set it down in the middle of the living room. grabbed a pillow and a cold pabst. and just sat akimbo, upon the pillow abride to the candle. watching the undying flame until i matured.
