These Liberals seem to be operating in a different reality
from the rest of us.

That they rant against the most cherished
American dream (that of striking it rich) demonstrates they're
nuts. Pity them (from a safe distance as the finger biter is still loose).

some risk taking is built in to health insurance premiums

one example is smokers, who pay higher monthly premiums

Many, maybe all, health insurance policies expressly deny
coverage to those who incur an injury by engaging in higher
risk activities.

An example in my policy excludes racing motorcycles.......

Bob,

You really are a testy little man.

Next this fool (Read BOB) will be telling the rest of us what health care we have to buy.

Freedom is what you are looking for Bob and Obama is not going to give it to you.

I have freedom. I have insurance...I want all Americans to have access to a affordable health care plan...pretty simple.

If you are going to call me names at least have the balls to do it with your real name.

Little Bamm Bamm was never taught to man up.

Just as I suspected - another silly rabbit with nothing but a stick to stir the pot.

Okay, Bam Bam (great name for a wall climber), your turn to wear the pointy hat and sit in the corner. Nobody can say you didn't earn it. And remember, wild accusations and intemperate speech will do nothing to further your cause.

Er, what did you say was your cause?

I'm thinking here we have another cracker ranting that he just ain't gonna be told nothing from some uppity negro and yadayada.

--Hey, get back in that corner, Bam Bam. We'll tell you when you can come out. You're good entertainment - in small doses.

And put that hat back on!

Fattrad for POTUS '12

You got my vote Fatty. Gottas keep your sense of humor on all of this shite with such foolishness going down.

Hey, didn't I read somewhere that Palin is getting divorced? That makes her available, right? I was thinking of maybe taking her up the South Face of the Column or something.

Sarah Palin's silence on affair deafening

Lack of threats and insults from Palin speaks volumes

For someone who's responded with rage and venom to an endless stream of ethics complaints and any other perceived slight, Sarah Palin's silence about a reported affair she had speaks volumes.

While still married to her husband Todd, Sarah had and extramarital affair with Todd's former business partner, Brad Hanson, a 27-year old African American, according to the National Enquirer. The Enquirer is the same paper that caught politico John Edwards cheating.

Where are the threats of libel from Palin's lawyer Thomas Van Flein?

Or her right-hand-man Meghan Stapleton with an iconic reply?

And why is her proud-to-be-called pimp/talk show host/Palin apologist/official Palin emcee Eddie Burke, avoiding the story? No Palin topic has ever been off-limits to him. Evidently until now.

I'll tell you where the threats are, hiding in a closet with a few other skeletons in Wasilla.

And as we all know, the National Enquirer is simply the last word in objective reporting.

But man, it sure makes for some prime theater.

Fatty for POTUS '12. (Bam Bam, er LEB, for VP)

Pfizer to pay record $2.3B penalty for drug promos

By DEVLIN BARRETT
Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Federal prosecutors hit Pfizer Inc. with a record-breaking $2.3 billion in fines Wednesday and called the world's largest drugmaker a repeating corporate cheat for illegal drug promotions that plied doctors with free golf, massages, and resort junkets.

Announcing the penalty as a warning to all drug manufacturers, Justice Department officials said the overall settlement is the largest ever paid by a drug company for alleged violations of federal drug rules, and the $1.2 billion criminal fine is the largest ever in any U.S. criminal case. The total includes $1 billion in civil penalties and a $100 million criminal forfeiture.

Authorities called Pfizer a repeat offender, noting it is the company's fourth such settlement of government charges in the last decade. The allegations surround the marketing of 13 different drugs, including big sellers such as Viagra, Zoloft, and Lipitor.

As part of its illegal marketing, Pfizer invited doctors to consultant meetings at resort locations, paying their expenses and providing perks, prosecutors said.

"They were entertained with golf, massages, and other activities," said Mike Loucks, the U.S. attorney in Massachusetts…………..

I don’t know what a golf massage is but if it costs that much………I’m game.

Does no one here get the idea this whole thing is doing the ceramic swirl?

If I don’t accidently have an insuror who will actually abide by the contract they signed, I have to pay $100,000 to have a bunion removed?

That there is any argument AT ALL on health care means we have gone over the edge.

GONE………

OK I give up. A prefrontal lobotomy it is. Then I’ll feel right at home.

Are you kidding me, Bluey? This fricking thread was NEVER on any rails, and no one but a total montebank has taken either themselves or anyone else seriously on this jackass never ending rant. That's the fun and the joy of it.

And who said I had a theory that conservative crackers "hate" blacks, Rochester? Conservative crackers don't have the capacity to be TOLD anything from people who think, look, act, talk and feel differently than they do. This is the earmark of the stuck, inflexible individual, the one that gets hostile when threatened with sweeping and forced change. And that's the defining charicteristic of the far right: paranoia about change, and hostility when threatened with it.

Prove me wrong with examples . . .

Some telling excerpts from upcoming Vanity Fair
Levi Johnston on Sarah Palin:

"People think that Sarah likes hunting, fishing, and camping, but she doesn't. She says she goes hunting and lives off animal meat -- I've never seen it. I've never seen her touch a fishing pole. She had a gun in her bedroom and one day she asked me to show her how to shoot it. I asked her what kind of gun it was, and she said she didn't know, because it was in a box under her bed.
Johnston also says that Palin's own family would laugh at her disastrous interviews on TV -- and even Palin herself privately knew she did a horrible job:

We all knew that she didn't know what to say on TV, and that when she was reading a script she was a phony. I'd be sitting with the family in front of the TV and we'd be disgusted watching her. Her family never said anything terrible, but they shook their heads with disappointment. And there were times where we'd sit there and pretty much laugh at things she said. I laughed every time I saw Tina Fey imitate her. She sounded just like her. I think the kids thought it was funny, too. There were also times when Sarah would be at home and watch herself on the screen and say she did very bad.
Johnston also talks about how Palin was embittered by the national campaign defeat, and immediately began talking about resigning the governorship so she could make more money. But what really got her going, he says, is when she heard about McCain staffers trashing her -- against her own belief that she was the real star of that ticket:

But when she began to hear McCain's people accusing her of being the reason they lost, she decided to retaliate. At home, she would say that she couldn't believe they had backstabbed her. She couldn't believe they were saying she lost the election for McCain. She would say things like "I Brought everything to the table and "The majority people were out there voting because of me!" She definitely thought she was running for president.

Only a moron would have voted to put Caribou Barbie one heartbeat
away from being Commander In Chief.
