how about we just keep assigning his name to all of his sh#t so everyone knows who he is?
if we ignore it then pretty soon the entire front page will be plastered with his disgusting self portrait.

how about making a vigilante pose suspend feature?
how it works -
every poster has a quota of "wacks", say 10 or 20, which can be set by the other posters... once your quota is used up your access is prohibited until the web manager reviews the content.
the "wacks" expire 24 hours after they are set, so you loose access only if you use up all your quota in a 24 hour period of overlapping "wacks" if you set a "wack" on one user's account you can't set another on that same account until your "wack" expires (24 hours).
this can be abused, also, so the "wack" you set on someone else's account applies to your own. If you "wack" so much that you use up your own quota, your account is also suspended until the "wack's"expire...
something like this would make wack-a-mole a community enterprise...
possible problems - massive production of false avatars - but the ability to use your "wacks" to "wack" another might not be given until some combination of time period and posts... you could even make the post count climbing content related... so those who get to wack also have to post climbing content to get the privilege to be on the pose.
I'll have to run a Monte Carlo simulation of this to see how it works out... but there must be some way that the community could be on the front line. This would also moderate some of the other voices that tend to conduct uncivil posting.
