Tork and Flip,

That is Corn Spring in the Mojave. It is an interesting place. Was occupied by the native americans for thousands of years. Deb and I hung out there with DEE.

Now you mentioned raptors, DMT, check this out.
It's right up your alley. Our Aerocondor Colombia connections have sold us their fine Curtiss Commando for fly-overs of Yosemite.

We have instituted a route that takes in not only the spectacular Yosemite Valley and Tuolumne, but we now include SoYo. We fly over Lower Merced Pass Lake and waggle our wings as we pass.

RIP, compadres.

Q./Is a condor a true raptor?

Whenever I get bummed by the urban parts of Santa Cruz I put on my running shoes and head down to Pleasure Point and Capitola. A BEAUTIFUL Santa Cruz day.

This brings back memories of when my son was little. "Team Tola". Jr. And Little Guards program. The BEST program for school age kids!

We found this nice campsite by a lake.

There was a perfect little natural fishing dock with it's own seat.

And it was still too early for bugs. The temps were perfect and we were the only ones in the campground.
