Yeah, my house is on the Warner River. No dams, so we see huge changes in the high water mark.
Last week, it rained, a lot. Then it got cold, very cold. Then the water dropped, leaving behind all sorts of beautiful ice.
I've got a bunch more from that day, if anybody's interested.

I poached these from a slide show given by Libby Sauter at Facelift a few years ago. Her three-person crew took on some of the peaks which the late Doug Tompkins had kept laying around awaiting FAs.
