Escopeta, sorry no I love the critters,

You love muskrats and have a taste for hard core what's not to love?

I have some vile road kill snaps of a beaver that was shot ,
killed and be-headed to hide the crime, then dumped by an intersection.
I stood in the street to take the pictures and was nearly arrested, by an off duty cop, who at first wanted to not callin the episode.
I insisted and took, about 40 pictures, to get the story covered by the local press.

the story of the widening of rt 7 thru Fairfield county Connecticut
is typical of Nj & Ct, ... Complete disregard for protected wet lands...historic artifacts
And quality of life of residents who live , humbly, on busy roads.

Gnome, In the spirit of full disclosure, I trap upwards of hundreds of muskrats and 50-80+ beaver per year. So my love of them is in the context of the overall wetland health but make no mistake, I do love them.

I have zero intention to sully this fine picture thread with a discourse on the topic but felt obligated to speak clearly so as not to give you any false impression.

I am happy to carry on under a different thread and will double down my efforts to keep this wonderful daily picture affirmation thread alive and healthy, free of debate.
