This is a worthy conversation, my apologies if anyone was offended by the acronym in the OP.
Now lets fight!
Any of you haters, have you watched the video? It's a good song talking about kindness.
Have you read the email I received from my friend who works for her church? It's poignant and succinct.
These are my refutations of your arguments. I could write more, but I'd be likely to let it get personal and say rude things. I'm better than that, so I won't.
The phrase 'Love is Patient, love is kind', is one of the most used, yet least implemented in all of the bible. Why is that?

What's with a "gay pride parade" anyway? Have you ever seen a
"heterosexual pride parade"?. Ever?.
Looks like the scene in the vid. takes place in a park. "Common space". While the parade was in the street. Not sure though? And there's two guys with a sign saying something. Jus standing there. And there's a shirtless heavy guy, a short guy with a hat, and a redheaded chick. Running around pointing there finger in the guys faces and saying something. Which is all fine and dandy. It OK to stand in a park with a sign and SAY whatever you want. Right?
Then all of a sudden the two guys with a sign get shoved away. And then their signs taken away. Then they start gettin socks to the noggin. Not fine and dandy!! From that first shove
that guy should get cited for assault. Along with the other 4-5. And should have to do 6-9 months in the state pen!!!
Edit: why isn't it jus as provoking walking around with a "rainbow" flag, saying "we're Proud To Be Homosexuals" as it is walking around with a sign saying "Jesus Loves You"?
Isn't freedom of speech and freedom to write anything you wAnt in the Constution??????

Considering there is no reliable contemporary account of Jesus, then that question I posed makes a lot of sense.
What doesn't make a lot of sense is placing blind faith in someone whose mere existence is questionable.

I posted this before, but I really don't care if homophobes take offense to being called haters, bigots, etc.
If they are offended, perhaps they should ask themselves why.
It's nothing compared to the insults, discrimination, hatred, and even violence homosexuals have endured.

Why this is such a big deal says everything about how the separation of church from State is the most important clause in the American reality.
NO. the big deal is; when you read something, and think about it. Then speak about it.
And finally act out about it. Isn't this "thought provoking action"? Or in another words,

I've never FELT offended by homosexualality, or threatened, for that matter!!
Homosexualality is nothing new. It's been around for ever! It comes and goes,
